This place was nice and clean. Our was great. The dipping sauce for the bread was amazing. They don’t have options for vegans unfortunately so I had a side salad and pretty much just watched everyone else eat. My drink was good. The people who have been before said they changed up the portions on some of the dishes and the food was okay.

Very quiet and warm environment! The waiters are always very professional and friendly. My husband and I always share two entrees and an app, so we get to try a little bit of everything. The poke bowl was yummy, and the bang bang shrimp were fire. The dish with the cod was delicious as well!I think we came back and ordered something else, but I can’t find the photos. All tasty! The only thing I noted was that the broccoli needed something it was way too plain.

Sitting at the table is nice and they have fast service with waiters, but you really want To enjoy yourself sit at the bar, especially when the female bartender is working. She creates an ambience with those seated at her bar. That is just like cheers, fun, relaxing with excellent food and good company from the locals.

I had an amazing experience at Bonefish! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly—exactly the kind of service that makes you want to come back.
The food was the true highlight. Everything tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The Bang Bang Shrimp was crispy with just the right amount of heat, and the seafood entrées were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and full of that signature Bonefish quality. Even the sides were impressive, and the cocktails were well-balanced and refreshing.

Food was very delicious I never tried oysters here was my first time and they where amazing also our server Jade was great I don’t know what u wanted and she offered I try it and if I don’t like it she would accommodate me something totally different but instead I kept with my first order and it was delicious. I placed an online order on February 14th for a Valentine’s Day dinner consisting of two lobsters and a Grilled Mahi & Shrimp meal. While the restaurant was understandably packed, the experience quickly went from busy to unprofessional.
The Issues:
Quality & Portions: Upon inspecting the food in the car, the Mahi portion was incredibly thin and small for the price point. Additionally, the salad was missing entirely.
The Runaround: When I went back inside, the manager, Tyasia, initially insisted the slim portion was “correct.” She then changed her story, claiming that because of that day’s specific shipment, “this” was just the portion size for today.
The “Refund” Mystery: I requested a refund for the fish dish. Tyasia went to the back and claimed she refunded the entire order (including the lobsters, which we didn’t ask to refund). However, she refused to provide a receipt, a transaction number, or any proof that the refund was processed, claiming she just “looked it up” in the back without even asking for my order details.
The Resolution (or lack thereof):
It has been over a week, and no refund has appeared on my account. I filled out a survey the same day, and Tyasia’s response was to send a $20 reward. While a gesture, my meal cost significantly more than $20, and a “coupon” does not replace the actual money owed to me for a botched order and a poor experience.
Final Word:
The customer service here is the worst I’ve experienced at any Bonefish location. To have a manager provide no paper trail for a refund and then attempt to “settle” it with a small reward instead of the actual money owed is unacceptable. Bonefish Grill needs a better system for online order refunds and better training for their management. I still want my money back.

Good was amazing . I had the Cod imperial as the main entrees , and it didn’t disappoint. My appetizers were good as well (salmon dip and bang bang shrimp). The bartender Natalie was very attentive, kind and friendly. Will definitely revisit.

I had lunch on Saturday, October 18th. We had the best waitress ever. She met all our needs, she keep refilling our drinks before we asked her too. She continuous checked on us, making sure we were pleased with our food, basically she anticipated our needs before we verbalized them. She was very attentive, polite, courteous and always very respectful. Our waitstaff person was also, very engaging with our table as well as the other guests who she served.

When you first walk into bonefish you start to think I’m about to eat some good food but boy was I wrong. My meal looked like a grown kids meal. Our food look like it was already cooked and was waiting in a warmer for a few hours. If you ask me if I recommend, hell nah. Waiter was nice, efficient and professional.
