Horrible experience. The girls headset was on and she was complaining over the headset that they had a customer in the drive thru and they didn’t have any food ready. I was trying to give her my order and kept getting interrupted by her and asked to repeat my order bc she kept complaining that there was no food to the cook. Mind you I was the only customer they had the entire time I was there. Once I got to the window she didn’t pretend to be nice she let me know how annoyed she was and I waited awhile for my food to be made which I don’t mind at all but my fries was extremely cold and old so they didn’t even make fresh ones while they made the other food.

I remember when this Wendy’s originally opened WAY BACK! It was delicious back then because Wendy’s used a different kind of beef. It tasted much better than the beef they’re using today.
The burgers taste ok, but they are nowhere close to being the JUICY, FLAVOR PACKED burger they ORIGINALLY WERE! That’s SAD!

Service is SUPER slow at a couple Wendy’s locations in Evansville. The food was good but the frosty was almost completely melted. Employees were great and efficient. I would recommend even though the wait time was a little long. I think they may be a little under staffed possibly.

It seems people are always quicker to leave bad review at restaurant than a good 1. But I want to give a shout out to the guy working the window. I think his name was Matthew. He had such a positive attitude and was very efficient at his job. Food was also great!!

This is the slowest drive thru in Evansville. If you work 3rd shift please dont waste your time coming here. The always are out of everything by 10p and it takes 15min in the drive thru. Food is cold and its rude teenagers running the store

Long wait for counter service (only people in line), no napkins (asked & got paper towels), long wait for food, burger was tasteless, fries were good, drinks fountain machine didn’t work. We wondered if this business might be shutting down soon. What fast food place runs out of napkins??

I stopped at the Wendy’s on Lincoln before work lastnight and the young man named DJ at the window had great customer service. I will say I was disappointed that the chicken nuggets I got were old & cold after waiting in line for 10 minutes.

Very long wait and the food wasn’t that hot when finally received. Drive thru wait was a solid 20 min+ and the quality of burgers was not worth it. Prices were reasonable and staff were friendly.

Gotta be honest. Wendys isn’t my #1 pick when it comes to fast food; however, it has been a place my family has eaten at all of my life. I say it like that because it was a place my family liked to meet up to actually eat inside together. For instance, maybe after a day out shopping, after a ball game or if either one of my parents got a hankering for a “salad bar.” Lol It was this exact location in fact. My Dad LOVED the strawberry and banana fruit salad from their salad bar. Times do change! Lol Anywho-. This current visit was just a drive thru pick up. They nailed all the things you find important in a drive thru order. #1-Order was taken easily and immediately. #2-Everything I planned to order was available to me. #3-Service was pleasant. Quick and friendly. #4-Complete Order was received without any error.
#5- Order was wrapped cleanly and bagged nicely. #6- Fry’s were piping hot. Lastly,
#7- I was finally able to try the Strawberry Frosty. Soooo….I’d say, yeah! That was a successful late nite dinner visit.
