Our 2nd time here, this note is from 1st visit…..
The food, oh the food! We are both Gluten Free and most of the menu was safe, all of it was delicious
Only caution, if you don’t like hot food be sure to mention it upfront. My wife ordered a meal and asked for MILD, first bite flavor was awesome, then the heat came
2nd visit….
Absolutely phenomenal. Happy took care of us and he was very joyful and attentive. Definitely listened to my wife and she had no problem with the “heat”. All the food was amazing, the flavors were out of this world. I will mention again if you are gluten-free or dairy free, you definitely need to check this place out, if you are not having issues with any allergies, you still need to check it out this is definitely on our list of favorites for Wake Forest food.
It seemed that the one server/bartender/ host/ busboy, was rushing everything including food order and more concerned with takeout orders than the paying customers in restaurant.
Food was good, although the crispy chips that were first brought out with the two dips were stale.
In short, more attention to in house customers and when they ask to be moved to another table because of noise from kitchen door, accommodate them.
Would I go there again?
Probably not, just do a take out because it’s not worth it for inferior service and noise from doors.
It has easily and quickly become our favorite Indian food in Wake Forest.
Authentic tasty Indian food and the serving size is very sumptuous.
Ambience is nice and service is par excellence.
Happy was our server and he made sure to check on us and our order throughout our visit.
The place including the restrooms are very clean and well kept.
Would highly recommend this place.
The setting is quaint but the prices are great considering how good the food is! I highly recommend the Thai Ginger with Steak.
My kids love it here too.
The establishment is family/kid friendly.
Parking can be tight but it’ll be alright.
The staff is friendly and welcoming.
The service is quick and food cubes in a timely fashion.
The large table in the corner is a wee bit tight.
Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. Ordered off the VEGAN menu, yes you heard me! They have a plainly marked vegan menu. Food made cruelty free for the win! We ordered tandoori roti, began bhartha, gobI Manchurian and mixed pakora. Everything was fantastic. The server was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.
