I have been to this location numerous times and I order the same thing every time,big ham and cheese. Needless to say very disappointed. What they gave me was not even equivalent to original ham and cheese. I had just been at this location a month ago and was at another a week ago and what I got was what I expected but this was a sad excuse for their ham and cheese . Had to go back through drive through and order another but got the 0riginal bc it was just not enough for a meal. Even more disappointment. Gave me a kids meal size. I don’t think I will be back ever.here are pics of what is advertised and what I received.

I have to give this place their flowers! They’re consistently on point, and on the rare occasion something isn’t quite right, they fix it quickly and without any hassle. I just watched the manager, Ms. Talisa, handle a customer concern with such professionalism and ease that she could honestly teach a masterclass to other quick service restaurants. Excellent job

The cashier was not very customer service friendly! I sat at the window for about 5mins before she ever came to the window the candied bacon was awful it just tasted like bacon and it was very cold they need to do better this is unacceptable

Lunch was not being served for 15 more minutes, and I said I would come back, but the manager and the rest of the staff proceeded to make my order while the manager pleasantly engaged in a conversation with me!!! I was truly impressed with this manager. Her spirit and demeanor were priceless! It is very hard to find great customer service these days, but you will find above and beyond service at this location. By the way, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

This restaurant is super slow for breakfast. Drive-thur lady works counter also. Lost of people walking around looking like I only do one job and one job only. So don’t be in a hurry! I been standing here at counter 15min no one has asked me for my order.
