Employees, especially Ikea, were friendly and accommodating. We tried the new macaron fried bites and hated them, so they replaced the item with a snack we did know and love! Clean, easy to navigate restaurant (my hubby is visually impaired). I didn’t realize they have burgers now. We’ll be back to try those!

Updated review (removed a star)- Rudest service I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant. The person taking my order I think was a shift manager, could not keep her mind on my order. Kept going to other places in the store while taking my order. Did not get all my order. Was short and gruff when I asked questions about my order. I can understand a person being busy but being rude and unprofessional there is no call for. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever gotten.
Old reviw-I ordered a regular and large curly fries in the drive thru.
First, neither one was full.
Second, there is no difference in the amount of fries in both sizes.
So what did I pay for then????

Not sure what’s up with Arby’s. Recently got Arby’s from 2 different locations. First time I ordered online and asked sauce and got zero. Second time I went through drive, checked my bag and saw marinara, bronco sauce, ranch(which I didn’t ask for) and assumed the Arby’s sauce I asked for was at the bottom. It was not. Lesson learned. Give up the sauce Arby’s!!

Tried to order door dash and since I couldn’t add notes to the order on doordash, I tried to call. Even before actually placing the order. The store employees would not answer the phone, several attempts at a non-busy time were made. When the dasher arrived they told her “it was too late” to adjust anything and refused to help us. They were also out of multiple items. The staff was extremely rude. Loud music and could care less. Customer service is very poor.

Worst Arby’s. The employees are ignorant and lazy. They messed up my order, gave me someone else’s food. I was dine in, And they took the food back and never brought me my correct order. I have to go to work, don’t have time for this stupid ignorance, talk about fatigue.

I have been visiting this location for the past 10+ years. They are always fast & friendly. I have never had any issues with this location. The food is always exactly like I ordered it no issues what so ever. They are definitely busy during the lunch hour but the staff seems to handle it well.
