Our family enjoys Nickle Charlie’s. Through out my life we’ve had breakfast lunch and dinner. If you have a birthday I’d say go on in! You’re gonna get a server who has confidence every time, a table or booth thats clean every time, you’re going to get your plate in front of you every time. The chef is going to cook your meat the way you want every time. You’re getting your moneys worth every time. It’s a family atmosphere and you’ll feel right at home every time!

We were passing through town, and this restaurant was recommended to us by a local. The place is really nice inside. The decor was very unique, with a Montana look. My wife and I both got sandwiches, and they were excellent. I got the rubin, and my wife got the BLT. We would definitely eat here again. They also have a very nice clean casino, which is attached.

This place is a true gem. I’ve been coming for years, usually for breakfast, but recently tried a salad and a burger and they were both fantastic. The service is always spot on, and we’ve never had to wait long to be seated. The atmosphere is great, and I can’t wait to try the new fall menu.

The food was mediocre. We had the pizza, which wasn’t even close to the pictures posted by the owner. We also had the chicken fried steak, which was good except for the gravy. It wasn’t country milk gravy as one would expect. It was more like canned chicken gravy. It was our first time here, and we came for the birthday discount. Our dinner wasn’t worth the price we paid, even with the discount. The service was good, but we won’t be going back.

We landed at Nickel Charlies for breakfast based on a recommendation from a local. I am writing this after our 3rd breakfast visit in a row. We really enjoyed it! Nice staff, fun ol’ country atmosphere with old pedal cars hanging from the ceiling. First morning we ordered the breakfast special of a prime rib scramble and felt like we were getting a lot of good food for the money. Went into Glacier NP and weren’t hungry till dinner time! Second time my husband had sirloin steak and eggs for under $10. The scratch made biscuits were fluffy hearty additions to every meal. I enjoyed a tasty basic eggs, bacon, hash browns breakfast with large dinner plate pancakes one morning and a steak scramble the next. Every breakfast choice was excellent! The only thing I’d hope for is a bit less bitter coffee but that’s nothing a little cream can’t fix. Overall we loved it! Go here for breakfast and enjoy, leaving full and satisfied!

Super bummed and disappointed. I honestly do not like the new menu whatsoever, it has made it so I can only eat 1 thing here, the steak. That’s it, that’s all I can have here, and I didn’t like it at all so it’s not good enough to warrant ever ordering it again. I used to go here all the time with my family, for almost 30 years, and now I have no reason to come here at all. Kinda blows.

Took my family here for breakfast today and it was great! Service was friendly and fast and the food was wonderful. It was busy on a Saturday morning, so be prepared to wait.
