This is my favorite Waffle House in my city. I live on the Westside and will bypass at least 3 other stores just to go to this one. Their employees are very pleasant and their service is so great, they make you want to revisit. Very professional, the food is always good and Carl is a gem!

I was getting my vehicle serviced so I walked over to the Waffle House. I had coffee, scrambled eggs, and hashbrowns. Service was good and quick. This location is friendly. The place was about 75% full at approximately 930 AM. People were in and out for both dine-in and carry-out. I have been there once before this time and I will go again.

Takeout only after 11:30pm. What’s the point of going to Waffle House with friends if you cannot eat in together. I love Waffle House, but find this lazy carry out policy to be abhorrent. I’ll eat my late meals at Sheetz until this policy is changed.

First and last time! We come in here today, it’s 34 fahrenheit outside. And??? THEY DON’T HAVE THE HEAT ON! The explanation I’m given is that the “first shift manager” LOCKS THE HEAT AT THIS TEMPERATURE!

Never greeted, until about 20 minutes after being there, just to be told to sit by the door, which was full of people waiting for to-go orders. We moved out of the way and over by a window. They are standing around, waiting to call their orders, but in the mean time, all tables dirty. 3 of the 8 tables are occupied. I work in a high volume diner, where I can understand the busy times, but this is where their customer service, at the very least, can be integrated into the experience with a simple “hello, we will be with you shortly”. With the servers standing, waiting to call orders, the entire time we waited, they could have cleared tables, just one even, so people at least had a place to sit. The 5 empty bar seats were dirty as well. We weren’t allowed to sit at dirty tables which I can totally understand, nor did I want to. Other customers who had already been seated and eating wished us luck, with their experience being less than timely or enjoyable. We left after 25 minutes of standing and waiting, even though the restaurant was cleared out almost. This used to be my favorite place to go.

What you expect from a waffle house. It was good. It felt removed from the most active commercial area and hotels. Maybe it’s an area slated for growth, but almost nothing around it currently
