The service here is INCREDIBLY slow. On top of that; the food I got was cold. This is the closest Wendy’s to me, and yet I would rather travel much further for far superior service and food. This is not a Wendy’s problem this is a staff, location, and management issue. Terrible. Truly.

The service at this location is amazing! Shaylin was our host, and she was very friendly. She greeted us right when we walked in the door. She made us feel like valuable guests. She answered our questions and assisted us very well. I recommend this location!

I don’t know what to say, this is unfortunately the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. My family finally decided to write off this place forever, because they literally mess up the order every time.
My family’s last order was missing both toys from the kid meals, the kid frostys were a junior size even know we specified small, the adult frosty was the wrong flavor, and we are pretty sure we got overcharged but can’t be sure because they didn’t include the receipt.
Go to the one on 2700. I don’t think its great either, but its at least a little better than this location.

I literally sat through this drive through for 14 minutes while my kid listened to an entire story from start to finish on a podcast. That’s how slow the service was… I do not recommend coming here if you’re in a rush. Wish there was a way to get a refund.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We paid for our order, have the receipt, and never received the food. When their system started having issues, instead of actually trying to fix the problem or help us, the employee basically shrugged and said “sorry” and left us to figure it out ourselves.
How is your system not working suddenly the customer’s responsibility? No food, no refund processed, no effort to resolve it — just dismissed. That’s not customer service, that’s disrespectful.
If you’re going to take people’s money, you should at least be willing to sit there and handle issues when something goes wrong instead of pushing it off on the customer. This is not the first time this has happened at this location Won’t be coming back.

I waited in the drive through line for at least 15 minutes. I ordered cheese fries and they gave me fries with a literal sprinkle of shredded cheese.

They completely ignore what you order and just give you the wrong thing…this has happened so much. I asked for lettuce and tomato on my sandwich and no onion and even double checked at the window, the young workers don’t care, it’s sad. The fries are always old and cold, taste so gross and the sandwiches never fresh or made right.
I’ve ordered the “saucy” nugs 3 times now and they have barely any sauce? We ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was so small and dry, this location is SAD, they don’t care about quality or doing things right. It should be shut down and replaced with a better restaurant honestly.

Here are some things that are faster than waiting for food here. Going across the way to the Chinese restaurant, ordering a pizza and waiting for it, going home and making dinner, driving to the 12th street location and ordering there, driving to the south Ogden location and ordering there, and this has happened on multiple occasions. Not worth the wait!
