Today I had the pleasure of taking 2 of my grandkids here for lunch because they both wanted hot chocolate with whipped cream. We ordered 2 kids grilled cheese and fries and I ordered a BLT with a salad. The food got there and to my surprise my BLT had only 2 pieces of bacon of which they proudly charged me almost $11.00 for. I didn’t take a picture and wish I had because it truly was the worst BLT I’d ever tasted. I commented to the cashier that if they were going to charge $10+ for a BLT they better make sure there is more than 2 pieces of bacon on it. The picture from the menu overstates the look of the sandwich. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BLT I’VE EVER HAD

The honey chicken dinner with corn and mashed potatoes is absolutely delicious. The chicken is so tender you can cut it with your fork. The liberty bell breaded chicken dinner was just as good minus the delicious honey. We were really surprised just how tender the chicken was. For appetizers, we ordered cowboy fries. These fries were amazing, who’d ever think sausage gravy, cheese, and fries go together. Our waitress was great, and even though it was almost closing time, she still had a good attitude and kept checking on us. Overall, it was a great dinner, and I was delicious.

Lilian the manager goes above and beyond,it had been quite sometime since my last visit . Food was cold service was almost non existent my last visit,however this visit..well im so glad I gave it another chance. I’ve never seen someone so detailed and determined to change a place around! Food was on point,service was prompt and excellent, extremely welcoming! My waitress Page was the absolute most kind and considerate person I’ve had the pleasure of encountering. I was by myself this visit but I will absolutely be bringing my family back. The restaurant was clean,welcoming and as I stated Food on point and staff ( Page and Lilian) you ladies are dedicated and wonderful. Had the worst food experience. Banana nut bread was not fully baked. Looking at it you could tell it was not done but was served it anyways. Hash browns were rubbery and bland. Biscuits were old and hard. Although we were one of only 3 parties there, the waitress didn’t bother to come by for refills enough. BTW, $3.99 for a soda they serve in those small jar glasses. So ended up paying $40 for one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. Would not recommend!

Went in and asked about the $6.99 specials advertised on TV.nThe waitress said they don’t have the apple and cinnamon special or the other special at$6.99 and referred us to their meals from $4.99-$8.99. So we ordered and had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes to get our coffee and water. Then about another 10 to get our food. After serving our food she never returned to ask us how the food was or to refill my coffee. we waited probably 20-25 minutes before my wife went up front to ask for the manager. He comped our check but never offered to give us boxes for the food to take home. The service was unacceptable. They should train their staff better

It’s Fish Fry Friday season and I stopped by and ordered a Fried Cod dinner. It came with 2 good sized pieces of Cod, 2 sides and a choice of bread. I chose broccoli and green beans as the sides and biscuits as the bread. It was nice. The cod was batter dipped, flakey and crisp. The sides were normal for this type of restaurant and the biscuits were soft and cooked perfectly. It came with tartar sauce as well. The lady whom took my order was very knowledgeable of the menu and was quick to enter it and made side and upsell suggestions that I would expect to be offered. I had a great take out experience there. I will return.

Not sure what was going on in the kitchen. They weren’t busy but it took nearly 40 minutes to get our order then food was cooked poorly and came out in waves, most in our group ordered breakfast and all meat came 10 minutes after everything else. Pics are supposed to be scrambled eggs.

Slow service. We’ve been seated at our table for 45 minutes and still don’t have our food. There’s only 2 of us! Getting up to leave in 5 minutes. Waited 8 more minutes.for this. And the eggs weren’t done. There’s simply nonteason for it. And they weren’t that busy. Honestly, if I had a second stove at home I could served these people better. Simply pathetic.
