I got reminded real quick why I stopped coming to this location and usually go across town. Their big boxes are a hot stinking mess. I literally live 2 mins from this location and my fries were like cold sticks. The burrito was so skinny, the taco was tiny and looked suspicious. My soda was flat and flavorless, and the cheeseburger was GARBAGE! It had absolutely zero flavor, looked like it was previously made, and the ingredients were wilted. THE MEALS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE ADVERTISED PICTURES AT ALL!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

The ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful. The free Del Tacos from the app were very skimpy and disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for. Fries are always good, but a little too salty. The Del cheeseburger was dry and tasteless, with a not so fresh bun. I usually love those burgers. Just not great food today. But great customer service.

Shoutout to Faith for her excellent service today. I ordered my favorite treat, the Caramel Cheesecake bites, in the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised at the positive and bubbly attitude of the lady who took my order this evening. In a jolly voice, she asked me, “What do I have the pleasure of making fresh for you today?” She kept up this positive beat throughout our interaction, even asking me how my day went, and it really put a smile on my face. Thank you so much, Faith, for giving me some joy today!

I ordered the del taco and they gave old cold tacos with sloppy soiled ingredients. But worst of all the beef and bean burrito was inedible! They overcooked the tortilla and something was wrong with the way the meat looked. Everything was gross and disgusting and we waited in line in the drive-through for over 30 minutes just to receive this trash I will never come back here again.

This location might be the worst smh why is there water in my tostada packaging smh ♀️ & the manager dropped my taco out the bag I came around 1:30 check the camera in drive threw on Tuesday March 3 smh ♀️ food was horrible I literally gave it away to the homeless men outside waiting by the drive through I hope for a change here because this location used to be good don’t come here they just want money no good papi no good !

The Cashiers who wear latex gloves DO NOT CHANGE THEM AFTER TOUCHING YOUR MONEY/CARD… They will take your money/card THEN grab your fries and put them in the bag along with the sauce… I seen this Mexican boy bring food outside to a driver, grabbing the DOOR HANDLES, and returning to back to the window to take orders AND DID NOT ONCE CHANGE HIS GLOVES OR WASH HIS HANDS. Putting his nasty gloves INTO THE FRIES CARTON before scooping up some fries. If my baby get sick I know EXACTLY WHERE I’M GOING

Not only did I wait 30 mins to order and get my food but once I received it I got 2 watered down cokes and 2 shakes watered down so bad that bubbles were coming out from the top and to add I was missing fries . I called the store to notify them and they didn’t answer and just disconnected the phone. DONT COME HERE if you don’t wanna get your night ruined .
