I would have given this place 4 stars if it wasnt for the girl handing me my food. I’ve learned to not expect stellar service from fast food places and mostly ever have mediocre experiences, especially sicne we mostly mobile order so there isn’t much to go off of, but imagine how bad this service was that I am writing a reveiw for a mobile order. The first girl who took my voice code was very pleasant and nice. I pulled up to the second window and was immediately just handed drinks and food with barely enough time for me to put my food and drinks down before grabbing the rest. This all happened without as much as the girl handing me the food saying a single word and looking at me, eventhough I said hello to her. She handed me the meal box completely open, they didn’t even bother to close it and she didn’t even tell me when she was done handing me things so I had to ask if that was all and I’m pretty sure if the window wasn’t there she would have thrown something at me with how annoyed she was that I asked the question. I would have given this place 1 star if it wasn’t for the girl up front, me receiving the order correctly and the food tasting good. If this wasn’t the only close McDonald’s, I’d never come here again.

The French fries that were made last night was not good. They were missing favor and seasoning. The parking here can be limited because it’s in a busy plaza but they still have self serve soda machine. The manager Erica was very nice and helpful when there was an issue with my mobile order. My wife also got her filet o fish and like it.

I ordered using app and waited 35mins that I wanted to CXL order. Mgr would not CXL cuz order was completed. Yes, they very busy they forgot to tell me my order was ready while waiting in front of them. Very LIMITED PARKING.

I went there to pick up my order, and I asked if I could use the restroom while I was there. The employee told me I had to first confirm my pickup before being allowed to use the restroom. Can you believe that? This is the first time in my life I’ve experienced something like this at any McDonald’s.

The way this was handled felt disrespectful, almost as if they were dealing with a homeless person instead of a paying customer. If this is truly an official McDonald’s policy, then why is it not enforced at other locations or on other nights? I’ve never seen this rule applied consistently anywhere else.

Even after I showed my phone and clearly proved that I was there to pick up my order, I was still told: “Confirm the order first, then you can use the restroom.” This makes absolutely no sense and honestly feels ridiculous.

I really hope the manager or supervisor of this location sees this review and provides an explanation. If this is a company-wide policy, it should be enforced at all locations. And if it’s not, then this kind of treatment toward customers is simply unacceptable.

This felt like an insult to a customer.

For a franchise who invented “fast food” and the “speedy system “, this place does not fit that description. Pulled up to the drive thru today 11/26/25, the attendant asked for my order. I got through half of it and then he says. Please give me a minute. He comes back and I had to start all over. Ok, no biggie. I understand, things happen. I was very specific with certain items and condiments. The attendant repeated my order exactly how I asked for and wanted it. I pull up to the pick up window, after paying, the server hands me my drinks with the soda over flowing while trying to balance it in the cup holder. Once I manage to set that down without spilling, he tells me that they are working on my order and that I should pull up and wait. I ordered a #1 with no onions, kids meal with apple slices, a bunch of chicken nuggets and specific condiments.

When the runner handed me the bag there was one order of small fries that was fresh and really hot. They put those on top. I was like “Yes!” Fresh fries. I get home, literally 5 min away from this hole of an establishment. And to my surprise the order was completely wrong and cold.
I felt like I was on an episode of “punk’d” and wanted to look for the camera. These people really told me that the food was being worked on and proceeded to give me some extremely cold and soggy fries which were at the bottom. They were smashed in the box and looked like there was other items sitting on top of them even though when i opened the bag there was nothing on them. The nuggets were just as bad or worse with a hard, dry, cold, old taste with a cardboard like texture when bitten into, like they’ve been sitting for hours. The Big Mac seemed like it had, extra extra onions and none of the condiments were even remotely close. No apple slices for my kid. Anyone with kids knows how that goes. And how do you burn a McChicken. These people achieved that too. The bread was too burnt.

It actually seems like the employees from here strive to purposefully sabotage their customers orders. I know I’ve personally have had issues with food quality at this location. If the owner of this place has any pride in owning a franchise chain this big, he would re-evaluate his employees and the quality of their restaurant. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner of this place. The reviews speak for them selves. Don’t waste your time. Go to another spot. I know i will…
