Asked for an extra tomato on app, and ordered it, didn’t have any tomatoes on it. Went up to counter and complained. Then showed them and there wasn’t any pickles either! I did not get a refund. I ordered a daily double with pickles. Apparently they were out of Both but didn’t bother to tell anyone. Or offer a refund

I get doordash from here frequently and my food is always spot on. The other day I went in to get a Hello Kitty happy meal,and the awesome guy at the counter dug thru the box to find me each one. Then he told me about how often they open a new case of toys so I could guestimate when to come check for new ones. So nice!

IT GOT BETTER!! 🙂 EVERY TIME we order, we find in our bags, either no napkins, napkins at the bottom underneath all the food, and/or our food poorly wrapped and dumped out everywhere within the bag, fry bag half full….all the fries spewed anywhere BUT the envelope they SHOULD ALL be served in. I don’t appreciate napkins (when they actually put them in) being on the bottom of the bag. The FIRST thing I like to take out is the napkin, as I like to lay the fries onto it. But can’t do this when all the food is piled up on top of them. I don’t like putting my fries directly onto a table without a napkin below. They stick out of the package and are greasy. Much more sanitary to use a napkin but can’t get to the napkin without first pulling everything else out of the bag. This is both sloppy and annoying of McDonald’s. Also last week, found a long black hair hanging out of my bag of fries, all bagged together in the $5 meal deal that my roommate bought for and brought home. I don’t have long black hair and neither does my roommate who is bald! Called McDonald’s to complain, threw the whole meal away being it was all contaminated being in same bag, let alone TERRIBLY GROSSED OUT! They said they would replace the meal by sending a coupon in the mail but all I got was a large fry! How does this refund my meal when I order to use the fry coupon, I would ALSO have to spend ADDITIONAL MONEY to buy a sandwich and drink to go with it????!!!!! The food with the hair in it WAS PART OF A COMBO MEAL!!! AND was the cheapest combo meal they offer….so how is it that McDonald’s is so greedy and cheap that they can’t even replace a friggin $5 meal???!!!! By only giving me a fry, they’re actually causing me to have to PAY ADDITIONAL money that what was even ORIGINALLY SPENT buying the meal THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Why should I have to PAY for THEIR MISTAKE and also why SHOULD THEY GET TO PROFIT from THEIR MISTAKE and RIP OFF of a customer??? This is some of the WORST BUSINESS ETHICS I have EVER SEEN!!! I felt ripped off when I found the hair and DIDN’T GET any lunch that day. And I felt RIPPED OFF AGAIN A SECOND TIME, when they couldn’t even compensate adequately!!! I have called corporate on the incident, and also telling EVERYONE I know how terrible their service has been!!!…

**Changed my review from 1 to 4 Stars. After this incident, the manager called me and fully corrected the situation. She was very nice and sent me compensation for my meal and also told me to keep the free fry coupon when I offered to send it back. I received a free combo coupon a few days later. So McDonald’s ended going over and above! Thank you! They just need to work on the napkin issue!

This is probably the best staffed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Every staff member that we interacted with was super nice and it was the only time that I’ve ordered after 11 and received my order even close to accurate. The manager on duty was positively managing the staff and seemed like he actually cared about running a smooth shift. One of his staff members was short money to pay for her meal after the shift and he personally took care of it. I wish we got his name, but honestly I didnt think I was going to leave a review for a Mickey D’s but here we are. Thanks to the late night crew!!!

Yep, it’s a McDonalds, just like thousands of others.

Seating area is much larger than some and slightly nicer. Service was on the good end of expected. Everything else was spot-on average.

The parking lot is small and narrow, and good luck getting in or out if a semi is delivering supplies like it was today.

Paid for our food got our drinks and then got asked to wait at spot one. No one came. I came in and they had not filled my order and now waiting a second time for my meals. Traveling home and this is not ideal.
