Straight trash. Took forever, burgers dont taste the same any longer, over priced garbage. Person at the window shoved my food to me, forgot my drink, closed the window and I sat there for 10 minutes while they made the next cars order, ignoring me waiting for my drink. Wasted time and wasted money. Only thing good left at Wendy’s is the Chillis and frosty, everything else is trash. Soggy buns, horrible service. Never again.

Always check your bags before leaving. The food is excellent and the staff friendly, but they are a busy location and are constantly forgetting one or two items. The evening shift manager at this location is helpful, responsive, and apologetic in equal measure.

I hate being a negative person, but this Wendy’s doesn’t seem to always have a good flow in their grill area. It takes a remarkable amount of time to get a basic order to the counter for them. Not sure if it’s who they hire/how they train/or how they staff themselves, but it could use some improvement.

I’m traveling with a service dog to begin with, I’ve been to multiple Wendy’s establishments from here to Colorado, and each one has charged me $1.69 for individual patties (No seasoning for my dog) this location in lafayette west decided that I would have to buy a triple burger at $10.99; when I only wanted the patties. I asked to speak to a manager , the young girl who didn’t know how to ring it up, claimed she was suddenly the manager… I expressed my confusion as all the other Wendy’s were doing this and she said the owner will not allow it. I canceled my order. Greed has no place in feeding our families.
