I ordered 2 footlong coney dogs. 1 only musterd and onions the other plane. The order taker didn’t understand what i was ordering. Why cus he couldn’t speak English I had to repeat myself 3 times. Then he says ok and they still ended up giving me the regular sized hot dogs. So I tell the worker and he argues with me that I ordered the regular size ones. Please get someone to take orders that understand what the customer is ordering.

Came by drive though about 20 min before they closed! I’m sorry wasn’t trying to be one of “those customers” hahah however I ordered 2 drinks a some chicken strips. It was a bit longer wait but def worth the wait. My tenders and drinks were 5 stars all around! Thank you !!

I went to Sonic tonight, and my son wanted onion rings, so I ordered a small for him. When I looked in the bag, the manager only put 3 onion rings in the bag with 3 ranches. I went back to the window and told the manager there were only 3 onion rings in the bag! He stated you only paid for a small! I told him, so I paid a little over a dollar per onion ring?! And he just looked at me. He never said, “Let me make you some new ones. So I told him to just give me my money back.

Ordered from here over a week ago, I had a chili dog. Woke up at 2am extremely sick. This went on two days, ended up in urgent care getting an IV. Unfortunately, I still have not fully recovered.

Please learn most people want their potatoes with their order crisp not like dowsed it in water before putting on the grill and all soggy like leftover cereal. Also give us the sauce we order not some other type of stuff. Y’all mess up the order again. I will not go thru this location again. I have one on Colfax that give me a buttload of sauce and make the tots or potatoes crispy Everytime without asking them too cmon
