Wow. I saw this long black hair the second I unwrapped my impossible whopper. No joke, it has to be 12″ long.. we were nervous about eating the rest of the food in our order. I did call the GM, who was very nice and gave me a refund for the burger.

While we waited to order the fry scoop fell on the floor. The counter help took it to the sink, briefly rinsed it off under the tap water and put it back into service. Needless to say, we left and sought food elsewhere.

18 minutes at the speaker in the drive-thru! Probably saw 7-8 cars behind me or in front of leave the line. If you are short on time during your lunch break you best go somewhere else. 31 minutes for a burger, fast food? Not here.

Terrible customer service by the older blonde running the drive through window as she wouldn’t wait for me to grab my card back from her as I was setting drinks down so she dropped it onto the ground. Mind you this was after essentially tossing my drinks at me out the window then forcing the other gentleman to give us our food bc it was obvious I was not happy and going to voice my opinion.

Terrible service waited 22 minutes in drive thru, should have known when took 7 minutes just to take my order while at menu board. I would have left but couldn’t get out of line. My nuggets were not fresh chicken fries were cold but my burger was good. I won’t be going back anytime soon very disappointed

Went to Burger King on 33rd Ave cedar rapids ia, not my usual Burger King, I ordered 2 double rodeo burgers. I was told they don’t have that, I explained to put in a rodeo burger and add an extra patty. Got to the windows and the drive window handed me the wrong order, I noticed and handed it back( they set it aside) and then handed me my order. I get home and I have 2 rodeo Cheeseburgers, I don’t like cheese so I tried to call the store but the store would not answer. After multiple attempts I gave up very disappointed. I get mistakes happen but at least make it right instead of ignoring your phone.
