We were sat in a dirty booth, my food order was completely all wrong and cold. (Eggs were suppose to be 2 fried, 2 bacon, 2 sausages- only got 1 of each, french toast was cold, requested burnt hash browns- not sure if they were even cooked). The waiter was so out of it that he gave us some other waitresses receipts!! She didnt even know how he got them!! The floors looked as if they haven’t been swept in days. I dont recommend. Im pretty sure my family has food poisoning.

I have never had such bad experience. We hardly ever go out to breakfast, and unfortunately we will probably not come here again. The hostess greeted us, but that was about the best thing. Our waiter was absolutely awful. I don’t remember his name, but he was an African American guy and carried around a dish cloth on his shoulder. He seemed annoyed with us from the beginning. When he brought our drinks, he kept sitting everything right in front of my 2 year old for some reason, and didn’t even bring my husband a cup for his coffee. When he came back with his coffee cup, he brought it and walked away. When he finally did come back, he seemed very rushed while taking our order, and never once asked us for refills or anything. We watched him just walk back and forth past us several times and the food took a while to come out. When it finally did come, everything was cold. ALL of our eggs were cold, the hashbrowns and my mom’s sirloin tips were cold and overdone, and my waffles was so crispy and cold that it just crumbled when I pushed on it. I grabbed the waiter and told him, he was snarky and said, “so, what, you wanna speak to someone about it?” and I said yes. The manager came and talked to us and asked if we wanted anything remade. My husband lost his appetite by then and didn’t eat anything, my daughter didn’t touch hers, and I just asked for my waffle to be remade. For 15 minutes, we noticed our waiter just walking back and forth, or standing around talking. My mom stopped him once and asked him about my waffle and he just snapped “it’s still cooking” and walked away. 15 minutes went by before I got my new waffle and it came out the exact same, cold and crispy. At that point, we were all ready to go. The waiter came and asked if we wanted to take care of the bill with him or up front. My mom said we will go up front. He said, “ok, whatever” and walked away. The manager discounted our food, but honestly, nothing was even edible. I only ate mine because I was pregnant amd starving. I will never go to this location again. When we were done, my mom asked the hostess for the number for corporate and she said that we can just Google it.

Honestly surprised by a lot of the low ratings because we had a great breakfast experience here!
We were seated quickly and had attentive, genuinely friendly service from Evelyn—the kind of service where you never have to ask for a refill because it just appears. Coffee came with a big carafe left at the table (bottomless refills), our cups were never empty, and we were offered to-go cups as well. Huge plus.
I ordered the sirloin tips, which came with eggs, hash browns and bottomless pancakes for around $16–17. My husband got the country fried steak with eggs and hash browns, also with bottomless pancakes, for about the same price. That’s a ton of food for the money.
And let’s talk about the food quality—because cooking steak tips well is not easy. These were perfectly done: crispy/caramelized on the outside and pink on the inside. Legit impressive. The eggs were a perfect soft scramble with cheese, not dry or overcooked at all.
Everything we needed was readily available—full assortment of coffee creamers, sauces, and syrups, all free and easy to access.
Overall: great value, great service, and food that was clearly prepared with care. Sometimes IHOP gets a bad rap, and based on our experience, it really shouldn’t, this location at least! We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely horrible service. We were seated immediately but no one came to get our drink order. We had to ask to get service. Then we sat there for probably 20-25 minutes with empty drinks waiting on our food as we watched other tables get seated, order and get their food all before our server came back. Stopped someone to ask about our food who I guess turned out to be the manager and they said they lost our food order and they would comp our meal. We asked for our drinks refilled and it never happened so we left. Walked right past our waitress as we were leaving and she didnt say a word. Absolute horrible service and a complete joke of an experience.

Had dinner on Christmas, and had a very good experience. My waitress Bailey was especially fun, friendly, and sweet. I wish more wait staff conducted themselves at other places I eat at the way Bailey took care of me tonight. Great job.

I wish I could give this review based on food too but my family, 4 kids and husband, got absolutely no service. There were people who came in after us who got drinks and orders taken. Tables around us got cleaned. However noone came and greater us. Yes we got sat by the host but we sat there for over 10 minutes and decided to leave. We were trying to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday and he chose IHOP. Never again at this location

There seems to always be a 15 or 20 min delay when I pick up an order. But they are very friendly and polite, its just….as a door dash driver, I litteraly don’t get paid to wait around like that, and the customers don’t tip more if I end up having to wait. It’s an inconvenience.

We had exceptional service from Derek. Nice variety. Everything was tasty. A little slip up on my mashed potato’s that was fixed quickly. Plenty of parking. We will be back. Can’t wait to have breakfast here.

Went there for a Christmas breakfast, excited to get to have a nice meal for the holiday, oh was I mistaken. Went in for seated, was asked to move seats due to a bigger party, then proceeded to take 20 minutes just to ask for drinks, then another 10 before asking about our order, meanwhile the bigger party got prioritized (due to bigger tip probability), and to make it all worse, I only got HALF of my food while the server didn’t even come to check on us a SINGLE TIME, so we couldn’t even let her know we didn’t have all of the food we ordered. They then proceeded to take a measly $3 off our check and still had to pay for the food we didn’t receive. Merry Christmas to us I guess.

Not a great experience, possibly because its black Friday? Not sure. My spoon was very dirty, my cup of water had grease all over the inside of the cup..not clean… The waiter didn’t hear my order of a “chicken biscuit sandwich” and placed the order for a biscuit sandwich. It was mid. Not very warm. Its been a year since I’ve been to ihop and I could definitely not go back and not miss it.
