I have been to this location many times. Mostly because I do food delivery but sometimes to eat. Whether I’m there to pick up food for a delivery or to dine in I almost always have to wait an excessive time to be waited on. This last time we waited a long time to be seated and weren’t even acknowledged by staff that were passing by. After finally being seated we waited at least a half hour to place our order. I had to ask a random waiter to take our order who made it seem like we clearly weren’t his table. We proceeded to wait nearly an hour for our food. Our waiter totally disappeared and didn’t check on us during this time. I wasn’t even able to catch anyone to get creamer for my coffee. Well, it turned out that our order was never placed. After speaking to the other staff member they quickly made it right but we had to have our order to go. I would have given this restaurant a 4 star rating but it’s a big problem at this location. It seems worse when it’s NOT too busy. My last visit was great however, waitress was super friendly. Food is always good they just need to improve customer service.

I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a Monday morning or this is a normal….. but the food didn’t have much taste. Sadly, salt and pepper couldnt help either. The waiter was friendly, very nervous though. I understand ihop is a chain and you know it won’t be as good as a ma and pa cafe, but I was slightly disappointed. The omelette was good and had good flavor. The biscuits and gravy didn’t, it tasted like flour.

Went in for the kids eat free after 2 pm promotion, which is displayed on their website. Sat down to order and confirmed the promotion WAS valid at this location. Ordered to adult entrees and 2 kids meals, food itself was a bit bland, but its breakfast. We were about finished eating when the server approached and asked if we had coupons for the kids meals. I explained that the promotion does not require a coupon. She said for future reference it does require one( it doesnt), and didnt want me to be shocked when I got the bill. I was charged for both kids meals and offered nothing. Paid and left. Its frustrating to have went out of my way to CONFIRM the free kids meal just to be charged anyway. Would of ate elsewhere. Also the WATER was shut off, so they had no water or running water to even wash hands. Pretty gross, if the kitchen had no way to wash their hands. Couldnt even use the bathroom.

Came in for the Veterans Day special at 2pm. It was pretty empty. Waited over 15 minutes to even be offered water but nothing. Servers kept passing by our table and looking at us and kept walking. Someone else arrived and they immediately offered him water, etc. Good reminder why I don’t like ihop.
