I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding this location. My visit was unacceptable from a basic service and food safety standpoint.
The restaurant was visibly unclean, the wait time was excessive, and the food was served cold after a prolonged delay. More concerning was the lack of professionalism from staff and the absence of any effort to correct the issue when it was brought to their attention.
This experience reflects significant failures in management oversight, cleanliness standards, and customer service expectations associated with your brand.
I strongly recommend this location be reviewed for quality control, staff training, and sanitation practices. At this time, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning unless meaningful improvements are made.

Look I can’t speak for anyone else, but this is THE McDonald’s of the area! I have been stopping here on my commute for years and these guys will never give you a flattened burger, a soggy fry, or miss a sauce. The employees are always so kind (literally got there at opening one morning begging for a diet coke while I was sick and they were angels) as someone in customer service I have never seen anyone rude, just justifyingly tired? Always has the limited menu stuff, always moving the line even during rush, always tasty. Overall comfort stop for the locals needing food.

We stopped by because we were in a hurry. They took our order and told us to pull around to window. They didn’t have anyone working the first window we sit there for a few minutes before pulling on around. The lady was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be there or waiting on us. The food was so sloppy and it made us sick. What workers I seen other than the rude lady all looked pretty sloppy and nasty.

I know it’s McDonald’s, but they can’t do anything right here. Sandwiches are soaked in way too much ketchup and mayo. The meat was barely even on the sandwich it was folded over the top of the bun. The bathrooms were closed? Dirty tables dirty floor. Honestly I think the health department should pay this place a visit!!!!

Paid for large drink but no large cups but no refund allowed. Next, my Big Mac was ice cold. So cold that the fake cheese didn’t even melt. The buns weren’t even toasted so it was just like eating a cold dry burger meat on white bread that was falling apart. Disgusting and the workers and Mgr could give a FLIP less. SAD!
