My love for this fast food place is insane lol but had to try there two new items off there menu. I ordered the chicken advocado ranch and chipotle ranch tacos. The tacos were decent, I don’t think I had enough sauce on either one to be honest I feel they were the same flavor. Pico was so fresh, tasty with purple cabbage slaw and lettuce. I need to go into taco bell try them again to be honest probably have s better experience. However the chicken inside was juicy and seasoned good so that was a plus for me.

Went in wouldn’t take my order at counter told me I had to use the kiosk. Use the kiosk and it directs me back to the counter to pay cash where no one was at. Then I waited for 10 minutes on my food and still didn’t receive it. 1 sweeping, 1 putting trash bags in trash, 1 washing tables, multiple people just standing around. Only saw 2 preping orders. I think the manager walked out while I was there and saw these people standing there doing nothing. Front of store was full of people waiting on their orders. So we left. Very poor service!

The lady that served it was such a sweetheart and I could tell it was made with love. I got extra beef, cheese, rice and onion added to my crunch wrap and everything was there. This location is really good compared to others

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Worker was rude and didn’t apologize for slamming the bathroom door into me when I was going to walk out! Manager didn’t apologize after letting them know about the incident. My food was cold and you could tell it had been sitting out! Don’t waste your money and go to this establishment!!

Went through the drive thru, and not one single item was correct. Everything was stuffed into a bag, even the stuff that comes in boxes. Ordered a supreme taco with no tomatoes, had tomatoes. Ordered a dubble stacked taco, told us they were out of nacho cheese, so they had to melt regular cheese to get the shells to stick, they didn’t. Was told the new street chalupa tacos had some kind of avocado salsa on them, didn’t. They had like 2 little pieces of steak on them, FOR $11. Also specifically told them we didn’t want sour cream on the double stacked, it had sour cream on it. Ordered a Baja zero, she told me it was Baja zero, even though it didn’t look like Baja zero. It was regular Mountain dew. Literally not a single item ordered was correct. Gotta be some kind of record.

I’ve already been here for 28 minutes and no food. Not sure what’s going on back there but you need to figure it out. Could have gone to an actual restaurant and been served by this point. Need to put the “fast” in “fast food” smh

Restaurant is littered with trash, very dirty. Soda machines are a mess and there wasn’t a clean table in the room. The food was nice but inattentive. The door was room temp and not very tasty. Unfortunately this was money wasted. Definitely disappointing
