Stopped by Krispy Kreme to get the peanuts holiday donuts.
Easy, fast, and convenient. Service was polite, friendly and fast.
The donuts were cute and that why I got them. Taste wise – they were ok. Kinda bland, not my thing. But again, got them based on the cute factor.
Whats up with including 4 really plain donuts in the holiday box? Straight into the garbage for those.

I was buying Olive Garden staff donuts and I bought the trick or treat 12 and there’s 4 special ones and then the regular rings. Why would I pay extra for rings? Where is the rest? The orange pumpkin ones displayed in the photos? I’m calling corporate and I have the girls name. I tipped her not knowing she was a lazy careless person packing whatever was convenient

This location has great food and amazing staff, especially Mark, one of the managers.
The cleanest restaurant I have been in so far, both inside (back room included) and outside.
Love how they have a see-through window that shows how donuts are made – from cooking – turned over, then pass under a shower of glaze, cooled down, and then boxed up.
All the employees are very particular about keeping the place very clean – from the back room, the areas where they prepare food in up to the registers.
Be guaranteed that not only are you given fresh donuts but also that it was prepared with food handling cleanliness in mind.
Lastly, I do not like caramel, but their Frozen Caramel Specialty Latte is the bomb!

Went to this location at 1:40pm on a Saturday and they had the lobby closed despite signage stating that the lobby should have been open. Attempted the drive thru and you don’t actually get a person, they have an automated AI that is entirely unhelpful, and I was unable to actually reach a person to get an order placed. I will no longer offer patronage to this business.

To whom this may concern, We arrived on a Saturday night 7 minutes before closing 9:54pm. Doors were locked & had to order in the drive through. When we ordered we had a robot helping us for most of our order then mid way we had a worker take over. Worker was patient but when we arrived to the window. The window was really greasy informing me that they must not take keeping their business clean. Especially if they can’t keep a drive through window clean when that’s the first thing a customer sees! On top when the employe gave us our donuts she had chocolate on her finger! Informing me she must of not wore gloves! Because if you had gloves on their would be no chocolate on your finger! Mind you she was sweeping while taking our order without gloves mid order & than touched our box with the same hands she had on the broom stick! Overall very unsatisfied! Customer service & a clean environment is very important! And ensuring customers feels your being sanitary for others. Overall losing my faith in trusting business with my health! Our health should be your priority!!! I am a business owner myself & know this is unexpected as for a business chain this big!

The gal that was doing drive thru was super awesome and comped some donuts since the deal I had was online only and I didn’t notice. So I paid a couple bucks more than the deal I had for online, but got some free donuts to make up for it. Much appreciated! I would hope this review reflects well for customer service and satisfaction and wouldn’t inadvertently penalize the staff members for the freebies.

Very clean atmosphere, the employees were very nice and fast to help me. They do have a bathroom, im sure its for guests only because I did buy something before asking so I dont know. Definitely wheel chair accessible.
I went to spirit Halloween on the day of Halloween and it was insane atleast 100 people in line. I was overwhelmed and my autistic son was freaking out. I needed a break and went to Krispy Kreme for a doughnut and coffee.
They had free hats on the wall…. we didn’t go back to spirit Halloween.
