There was a nice young man working the drive through who serviced me quiet nicely. His name was Tim. He was such a polite young man. My quarter pounder was delightful and my filet-o-fish was stunningly tasty. I have never had such a positive McDonalds experience. It really took my back to my younger years. Stopped by the McDonald’s in Edgewood, WA for a quick iced coffee through the drive-thru. I accidentally ordered a hot coffee by mistake, but when I went inside to ask for a cup with ice, the staff kindly provided it without any extra charge. The inside of the restaurant was impressively clean, and the AC was a welcome relief on such a hot, sunny Washington day. I appreciated the friendly service and how easygoing the staff were about my mix-up. The drive-thru did take a bit longer than usual, which was a small inconvenience. Still, the overall experience was positive and made better by the comfortable, well-kept interior.

This review is long overdue. I rarely write reviews, but this one employee had me dazzled. The young black man (I’m black btw) had exceptional customer service. Best I’ve ever seen. Now I used to work at a restaurant and I would’ve wanted him to be on my customer service squad. The most perfect service I’ve ever had. He needs to get promoted, a raise or something! 100% coming back again!

Pulled up at 10:55 exactly. They refused to take my order. If you’re going to “close” at 10:55 then change your Google hours to not say that you’re open til 11 and waste peoples time.

My kids love McDonald’s, and we stop by this location often. I’ve been warned before to always check my order, but I’ve usually trusted this place without issues.
Today, we placed a large order. When we got home, the kids were excited — but after opening the bag, we realized we were missing two McChickens and an apple pie.
I understand the staff is busy, especially during peak hours, but missing items from an order can really disappoint kids who were looking forward to their meal. Please double-check large orders — small mistakes can make a big difference.

Ive lived near this mcdonald’s for just over 5 years dont go alot but enough maybe 1 or maybe 2 rimes a month or so ive onlybhave had 2 maybe 3 experiences where the workers were sjort with me ut other wise its amazing i gobout of my way to gobthere i will keep going as long as i can get there lol

There was a man working at 10:30am (01/02/2026)at the window today who was very rude. He called me stupid for asking if I could pay with tap.
He may be on the spectrum or just not good at talking to people so I don’t want to be rude. But hopefully he someone talks to him about the way he interacts with customers.
Won’t be eating here if I see him again.

The drive-through was great, quick to address you and respond. The order was correct (amazing) and the food was of great quality, hot ,fresh fries and burger made to my order. The food was gonna take a couple minutes so they asked me to park around front and promptly brought it out to me. I like this because it doesn’t cause a line to back up in the drive-thru which I rarely see executed at other MCDONALD’S. The staff here seem very competent and well trained.
