First, the kiosk doesn’t print a receipt.
And I did not want to wait 30 minutes for a person to take my order like the other woman who was waiting. Second, I made sure to customize my double cheeseburger with no condiments and yet again end up with Ketchup. Now if I could eat ketchup, I wouldn’t care, but I am allergic. Thank goodness my husband could still eat his after he wiped the ketchup off. Never an issue with the chicken sandwiches or the chicken nuggets. Always an issue with my burger.

Stopped at this place on Thanksgiving night around 10:15. We went through the drive thru and ordered our food, the woman taking our order was so very friendly! She asked us how our Holiday was and greeted us with a smile. Our order was right, the food was hot and we were very pleasantly surprised.

My husband got us breakfast, he ordered two gravy biscuits and a sausage biscuit. The biscuits were extremely hard, I had to use a kitchen knife to break it up, very little gravy on the biscuits so that wasn’t softening the biscuits, dry, hard an no gravy. Very disappointing after paying $15 just for that. I thought McDonald’s was lowering their prices? Very disappointed in the food.

This location is chaos defined. They only care about the drive-thru. Inside customers have long waits for their orders. Customers have to stand and wait at the counter for attention. One has to practically beg for condiments. Sweet tea and napkins are in rare supply for dine-in customers. Sandwiches are made incorrectly and the fries get cold while waiting for someone to attend to and remake food. Teens are allowed to run amok, further creating a terrible atmosphere.

It’s probably just me, but fast food as a whole has become less than flavorful. I special ordered a quarter pounder with cheese to assure it was fresh made and I was sorely disappointed. Perhaps my taste buds have changed, but it was terrible. I give up.

Stopped by to grab my mentally disabled daughter and myself a frappe and her a medium fry and 10pc nugget. Get told to pull into a spot to wait. I wait about 5 minutes and a lady comes walking out with my frappes and a bag but starts going to the car beside me so I assume bc the frappes it’s my order and I say “Ma’am I think that’s my order” and she gets so snotty and says “Whats yours?!?!” And then asks the man his order and hands him the bag. And I apologize and she comes and shoves the frappes through my window and starts to turn and walk away without saying anything with her attitude she had and I said how that wasn’t all of my order and then she rolls her eyes and says “you didn’t get your food?!” And I said no I didn’t get anything just told to pull over here. That’s why I thought it was my order she was walking out with bc the bag and frappes…
Then she walks to the drive through window,apparently forgot stuff for the car nexts to me and walks it to him and hollers at me “She said she gave you your bag!” and I said no she did not. So she storms off inside and OBVIOUSLY was in there being some type of way and saying junk bc a different lady brought my order out and looked all confused and said “I’m sorry idk what’s going on,why she’s being the way she is or what just happened”. And judging by the shirt she was wearing I’m pretty sure this was a shift lead or something. It’s just ridiculous. I say all the time I’m done with McDonald’s and continue to try and they are all the same no matter where you go..just trash people that works em. I officially truly am done. Chic fil a only bc they know how to do customer service!

Terrible service, terrible attitudes. Going to the McDonald’s is a disappointment! It starts at the drive thru speaker with people sound like your bothering them to place an order to the pick up window with attitudes and orders more so than not! This McDonald’s has became a disappointment!! It wasn’t always this way but is within the last 6-12 months!

The lady had us wait on mobile park number 5 because she said the food was not ready so we went to park and wait. After 15 mins of waiting I had to go and check our food and knocked the window where lady stationed and asked about the status of our quarter pounder and happy meal since it’s been a long wait and I saw the bag of mcdonalds on the table so I asked if that was our food and she was not sure if it was ours…so she had us parked on that #5 parking for that long time she don’t even bother to bring the food to us since she had us wait . Our food was old and cold already. Crews were just standing and busy talking like they don’t care about their costumers. This happened just mins ago. We will not go to that branch again! Waste of time..

So I ordered breakfast just before 1029 and my order went through and I paid for it. I got 3 sausage mcgridles with egg and cheese and 2 med teas and 1 lg.
I get to the window and she tells me the order didn’t go though and that I would get a refund so I pulled over to check and it’s still telling me it went though and the money came off my card so I went into speak to a manager and she told me there was nothing she could do so I said I could call someone over her then after being there for 20 mins waiting she brought me my order which my food was cold soggy burnt and sloppy.

Wasnt my food but my little brothers. Sure they got the whole order right but when it came down to the toy it was literally just a sticker pad and HALF of the stickers were already gone and the top was ripped. He was so upset.
