I’ve been to several Bob Evans in the area. Elyria, Westlake, Avon, North Olmstead, and other out of town locations. Norwalk is the worst Bob Evans I’ve ever been to hands down.
The bathroom was disgusting and gross.
Wall paper in the dining room was coming undone and had white drip stains on the wall.
Service was disfunctional. Though the girl was nice and apologetic, she served our food without silverware and walked away, kept asking for her for refills…..nothing. ♂️
Ordered 4 eggs up, got 3 with one broken which the cook tried to hide with an egg on top of it.
Ordered sausage and bacon….no sausage.
Requested the sausage…..still, no sausage.
Ordered 3 French toast….got 2. ♂️
Oh, and the manager? One of the most, unprofessional, talk over you, major attitude, unpleasant, I’ve ever encountered for Bob Evens.
Well I’m sorry you hate your job sir. You may want to consider retirement.
A pot roast dinner my wife got for $15? It was drowning in gravy, not even a half pound of meat. I’ve gotten way more then that at local the diners.
Bob Evens appears to be on the band wagon for charging more and giving less.
I had to have my bill corrected for what i didn’t get.
Spare me your canned reply. I gaurentee nothing will change considering the repeat complaints. No worries, We wont be back.

Normally a good experience, today not so much. I don’t know if the waitress was just having a bad day or what the problem was. First, they didn’t bring the right meal that I ordered.i had to send it back to have it remade. They forgot my extra gravy, the extra Napkins, and brought Rolls instead of banana bread. Then, instead of giving us separate checks, they added both orders on the same check and didn’t know how to ring it up separately. It wasn’t my best experience there. I guess maybe just an off day, I hope. I didn’t enjoy it today.

I occasionally like to order soup and a sandwich for carryout. The last two experiences were not good. I had to wait 30 minutes past the pick up time for my last order…no problem people get busy. Tonight I ordered a soup and sandwich combo. I noted on the turkey sandwich “no bacon” and chives on the side for the soup. The sandwich had bacon…okay I can pull it off. I open my soup and there are chives AND bacon already in the soup. Unfortunately the place has really gone down hill. Going to wait a while before ordering again

I wish I could remember names and I’m so upset that I can’t right now. That being said, the women with the cool tattoos was absolutely wonderful. She was probably one of the best waitresses I had in a long time. I can give you so many reasons as to why. The older man who was the host was adorable and a pleasure. Food was excellent as well. I actually started out with coffee and forgot to order a water to go with, and it’s like she read my mind because she came back with coffee and water lol. It’s really the small things I love.

Great food and service clean restrooms clean restaurant. Food was fresh and hot. We had a large group of 13 and everything was perfect. Will be back next time were in town.

Quite a few patrons waiting but all were seated promptly. Attentive and prompt server and our meals were served nice and hot.
