This is the second day I’ve ordered my drink, which I buy daily at this place. The first day was very nice, but today the staff was rude, and the drinks were just okay. They didn’t give me what I ordered, and they didn’t care when I told them that wasn’t what I ordered. I had to wait a long time for my order, and there were no other customers; I was the only one there. The staff just ignored me, which I find disrespectful. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, and this doesn’t seem right to me. I go there for my coffee and to enjoy it, not to receive something I didn’t order and be ignored.

After reviewing other reviews, this store has a pattern of not filling up the drinks appropriately. I was disappointed after I went back a second time and both drinks were not filled up properly. About half way filled. Already paying for an overpriced drink -what is going on? Learned my lesson and I won’t be going back.

How does this location manage to make every drink so nasty. They act like they are gonna get the ingredients deducted from their paycheck if they give you more than a nickelsize of flavor. Literally, every time I have been to the mcdowell and park 10 dr. location it tastes horrible.

Honestly more and more disappointed each and every time I go here. This location is very close to home and I typically mobile order. Today was a large order of 4 drinks and 4 food items just under $50. When I walked in at the time it estimated to be ready the food was in a bag ready to go. I was not welcomed into the store or even greeted within the additional 7 minutes I had to stand there and wait with no interaction before receiving the drinks. When the drinks were given to me they were not called out by name simply set on the risers, I was not offered a drink holder for 4 drinks yet the employee who was served during my wait time sure was for only 2. I had to physically reach behind the counter to grab my own. During my whole visit I was not once spoke to, welcomed, thanks, or even acknowledged. After loading my drinks onto a carrier I did kindly speak with a team member but they seemed less than thrilled to hear about my experience.

This location is nice, clean, and a large Starbucks, BUT I stood at the counter waiting for help for 5 min when nobody else was inside. Julian is not friendly and is more concerned with laughing and having a good time with the 2 ladies working the drive through.

Asked for extra cold foam and I got even less than the drink is supposed to have. There is never any consistency with this drink. All you have to do is follow the recipe!

The drinks were good nothing wrong with them what was wrong was the customer service we received from the girl with red hair, incredibly rude for no reason I understand we came in towards closing time but yet again we got there 15 minutes before the store was closing so I don’t understand why the attitude. To start off me and my friend already felt bad coming in late, we ourselves were having our own conversation about how it feels when customers come in late because we underhand it’s frustrating at times but to have the girl come over the counter and ask us “are you guys good” while rolling her eyes as if there was an issue is incredibly disgusting of behavior your the one in customer service you should know how to talk to people. I responded back saying yes we are good giving a shocked face and she continued to roll her eyes so that’s when I decided to ask why so much attitude and she goes I’ve seen you from over there pointing at the back, like okay? And we didn’t do anything towards her we were just waiting for the drinks she then decided to keep rolling her eyes and laugh like that was okay and to have the other girl and guy laugh at her actions is incredibly disrespectful. She then proceeded to ask what are your drinks like excuse me ? How do you expect us to feel comfortable telling you what the drinks are after talking to us like that? And the fact that the manager on duty didn’t say anything speaks volumes on the childishness that they are allowing to have at Starbucks. Again the drinks were great but that girl needs to get re trained on how to talk to people you are working a job that comes with customer service if you don’t think that your good enough to be working there then find somewhere else to work no need to ruin peoples day .
