I came in here so my son can have breakfast like we normally do. I’m a regular at this location. This new morning manager that they’ve promoted is rude. Very disrespectful. He doesn’t have the face for any type of customer service. He always looks angry. He never says good morning. He always look at you with a debt there asking what do you want? Never how can I help you… This is a very unsanitary complaint as we were eating. The cleaning lady decided to start mopping at our table. We could smell the dirty mop as my son was eating and we asked her to stop. She continue to mop around, this was early in the morning. The store had just opened. You could see her cleaning the entire location. Normally these procedures are done before the opening of the store. Cleaning is done before the store opens not as the customers are walking in early in the morning and when I brought it up to the manager, he looked at me, laughed at me and very sarcastically told me that she has to clean. What is she supposed to do? I’m sure if I bring this up to the department of health this is not going to be very settling for you, I urge you to investigate this man because he most definitely is extremely rude and disrespectful. He’s very nonchalant. I don’t see how you guys hired him or promoted him. I should not feel like a piece of crap and this is very embarrassing. Other customers were in the store and as was my son and I this location has degraded themselves.

I ordered a combo that comes with a burger, fries, and a drink at th3 drive thru. There was no fries in the bag. When I asked for the missing fries I received and attitude with a grumpy face. Im not the one who forgot it. The fries were so salty that is was completely inedible. This is the McDonald’s that I usually go to. It ruined the entire meal because I had tried the fries first. I then attempted to clear my pallet with the large coke I ordered but it was so watered down like it had no flavor. I take it as a sign to stop eating fast food because this generation has no consideration for your food and they do jot take pride in their work. Some people don’t have a job. This McDonald’s has been declining over the years. Never going back.

@12:11am I really just wanted a cheeseburger! I always come to McDonalds after hours & I have never heard that you can only order meals #1-9! You can not order anything else individually. This is not a great customer experience at all ! You lose sales & customers – I’m not the first 1 complaining about it as I saw others write a review as well. Please fix this ! McDonald’s has been around long enough to be able to sell everything on their menu. This is not right ! Meanwhile your staff was very loud inside sounding like there was a party in there. This does not look good at all!! Rejecting customers request on the menu& your staff partying in the inside is crazy. I encourage you to read your customers feedback within the last month or so ! It’s not looking good !

Sunday 06.28 at 10 pm I’m giving you one star because I don’t have the option to make a comment with no stars. This is the third or fourth time in couple months the crew from this restaurant gives me the wrong order. Always working with no desire and disrespect. Food looked gross and it took more than 20 min!!! To place the order. I had to circle the place because I taught nobody was working but there just couple of useless workers.

Manager was very unprofessional and argued with me continuously about Big Mac sauce! Made me feel very uncomfortable and upset! Drive thru lines wait was incredibly ridiculous for fast food. Would not go there again if it was the last McDonald’s on the planet!

Large Meal and got a big hamburger instead just bread mom one piece of meal I drop off ketchup two pickles and a couple onions. I stopped check my food before I leave sometime ago because I didn’t have an issue besides never get ketchup when I asked for it using the app. But today the lady at the window was doing good the day. The older lady that was at the window, very sweet woman but she struggled today
