-This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I pulled up to the drive-thru, placed my order, and was asked to wait. After about 10 minutes, I received my order and it was wrong. When I pointed it out, the staff gave me attitude instead of fixing it professionally.
I waited another 5 minutes for the correction, and the order was still incomplete. When I asked to speak to the manager, the situation got even worse. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed no customer service or management skills. They refused to refund my money and wouldn’t properly address the issue.
I ended up leaving the food there and went across the street to Popeyes instead. I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was unbelievable. I walked away from a $60 order because it simply wasn’t worth dealing with the disrespect and poor service.
I would not recommend this location.

The chicken was more than extra crispy. It was DARK brown in color. It affected the taste. It was ready early which was great and the counter girl was very nice and polite but probably won’t be back again. Never got the 2 extra breasts we ordered either. Cost was outrageous as well. Just can’t do it anymore. $77 for a family bucket and sides. Paid for 2 extra breasts and 2 extra thighs. Got three thighs instead of any breast pieces. It’s crap fast food but…dang.

Went KFC today for the Tuesday 8 piece special. Got home ready to eat, Look in the bucket & was very disappointed, They 6 wings, 1 thigh & 1 breast. The chicken was not throughly cooked, Had to cook the chicken in my air fryer. Just disappointed with KFC

This is one of the worst KFC i have been to. The young lady at the front counter and the rest of the staff besides the lady preparing the food are so rude. The young lady in the front just seems like she doesn’t care and messed up our orders. She lied to what seemed like her manager saying everything was right when it was not.. She forgot a soda cup and told her manager i never said i wanted one. Both the manager and her stared at me with confusion on their face on what to do next for like a good minute. I stared back asking if they were ok. When i got home i also found one chicken tender was not cooked all the way through.

The customer service here was awful. They didn’t communicate effectively when my mobile order would be done. They were giving away a free bucket of 8 pieces of chicken in addition to the 12 piece meal I purchased. I asked for the free bucket of chicken to be original and the 12 piece meal to be spicy, of course they had it backwards. The biscuits looked old and as if it had some type of mold on it, I tossed those out, they didn’t secure the top to the gravy so the gravy spilled all over the bag. And the chicken was some of the worse chicken I have ever eaten, and I am not exaggerating. 2 buckets bucket of nasty greasey chicken, that was raw. I couldn’t stomach another piece of it and tossed all that chicken in the garbage smh. I wouldn’t even feed that crap to the homeless. I wouldn’t give it to a dog! How is that KFC still in operation is beyond me, but stay away, STAY AWAY! That food isn’t good enough for a garbage DUMPSTER. They couldn’t pay me to eat it ♀️

Never use the mobile app at this location, they absolutely suck and they completely ignore mobile orders consistently, honestly avoid this location as a whole. Genuinely the worst KFC I’ve been to and I’ve been to the ones connected to long John silvers. You will literally watch person after person get rung up and served in front of you while waiting 30+ min for your food if you get a mobile order. I’ve gotten food quicker in the middle of times square NY in packed fast food stores. In general their customer service is horrendous and it’s a shame this is the only location close to the shore because they honestly give KFC such a bad name. I used to consistently go to KFC but this location has single handedly made me stop getting KFC entirely. The only positive thing I have to say about this location is that I can thank them for saving my health and money in the long run

I ordered and had it delivered, but it was totally incorrect and not edible. I reordered and I went to pick the food up myself this time I waited 30 minutes on the inside and it’s still incorrect. I asked for a refund and they told me l had to go back through DoorDash.
I really wanted KFC and tried to give them another chance. It was two workers in the store, one of which was wearing Nike slides. This is a very unprofessional store.
My chicken was hard as a rock again, the proctor wedges were like potato chips from being over cooked. The biscuits were hard as a rock as well.

Do you want to wait a hour for your mobile order that you placed ten minutes ahead of time??? ! Not only that but you will be served with the NASTIEST attitude for no reason at all and employees LITERALLY standing around not doing their jobs. And then they tell me after this unnecessary wait time, they aren’t going to give me the order. I always am kind and patient & I don’t go around bad mouthing a business but this place is unprofessional and full of nasty employees for no reason. This review is deserved.

The little young girl has an extremely nasty attitude with no respect at all. First she gives me burnt fries and chicken in the sandwich(broken pieces of chicken), I take it back and she gets another attitude as the co workers tell make my food hand it to her to give it to me only for her to rest it down and give it to me 9minutes later.
I don’t think these are the type of people that a big business needs! I’m not gona make it worse but if I were the manager here, I would look into this girls attitude. Being understaffed doesn’t mean u become nasty with customers. Go home if u didn’t come to work.

There is 1 lady there at the drive through that’s helpful, the rest are so rude. I deliver for uber and 9/10 the order takes at least another 15 mins after I get there. It’s dirty in the restaurant too. Why is the person taking the money, making food too??
