I don’t know that I’ve ever taken the time to review a fast food restaurant but my recent visit to this Popeye’s warrants a shoutout to the fantastic staff. The lady who took our order (inside the restaurant) was super nice and cheerful, and the manager even came over while we were eating to ask if everything was OK. Great experience!

The food is always good here, but this is by far, the slowest Popeyes in the entire world! No matter the time of day I come here, I always have to wait 20 minutes or longer to pick up 2 chicken sandwich combos. What makes it worse is the fact that I order these online ahead of time to avoid the wait in-store. Now, in defense, I always get fresh, out of the fryer food! Never once have I received cold or old food! The employees are always nice too which makes up for the wait. I definitely recommend this Popeyes, just prepare yourself to wait for the greatness.

I was very disappointed with this Popeyes location due to multiple issues with service and facilities. The staff was unhelpful, and I was refused a simple cup of water, which is a basic expectation at a restaurant. The restroom is located outside and was not functioning at the time of my visit, causing further inconvenience. I also had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order to be ready, which felt excessive given how slow and disorganized the service appeared. Additionally, I witnessed an employee arguing with a customer, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in customer service and basic operations. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Visited restaurant in the early afternoon. The first item ordered was told no longer available after providing the order in full. This includes sides and drinks. The second attempt to order went pretty smoothly until I requested additional biscuits. There was a 5 minute wait, so additional sides and no strawberry frosted biscuits for dessert.
Upon arriving at destination, I found extremely super thin chicken tenders, more breading than chicken. The 2 piece included a very tiny wing and the sides were just okay.
I’m not sure if this is a new issue at all restaurants or just this one, but it’s made me rethink them as a chicken option.

Forgive me if I misspell her name but Ms. Kiwana and Mr. Quentin customer service was amazing. I personally wasn’t having the greatest of days but just the warmth I felt when I pulled up to the drive thru made me happy and gave me a the burst energy. We shouldn’t be so thrilled about when we get treated nicely but sadly it’s far and few in between. So thank you. For not only just supplying food but making me smile when. Felt like that warm southern hospitality. That you can’t teach.

I legit don’t know what the managerial staff has done at this Popeye’s that has all employees on the same page with their hospitality, but it is refreshing and I love it. The staff is so kind and courteous. Every time I come to the drive-through it is been different individuals at the window but every single time it has been consistent in how they treat their customer. Oh yeah, and the food is very good. Highly recommend the honey barbecue boneless chicken wings.

Every time I have been here I have been met with top notch customer service. I typically use the drive through. Today I went inside. I was greeted right away and everyone was very courteous. As I was standing in line a lady was feeling faint and the staff rushed to get her a chair and bring her some water. There was no hesitation to do the right thing. My food was quick and on point. What a great group of people. I quickly offered to pay for the water they gave her. Absolutely will be back. Thank you for having kind hearted well equipped staff! Good on you Popeyes!

Wonderful chicken sandwiches and family packs. I always get mashed potatoes and gravy as a side but there are many other choices. The service is fast and they get your order right the first time. I have also had excellent shrimp at the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and I love their lemonade. I encourage you to try it for lunch or dinner some day. The chicken is extra MEATY. You get your money’s worth.
