My family eats at this location at least once a week and everyone is friendly, professional and sufficient. The food almost always is correct, with very very few mistakes, but easily and efficiently corrected! The food is always fresh, and if not up to your standards, then they make it fresh without complaining. I love this Jack’s location and my family will continue to eat here for as long as we’re able ♥️ we ever bypass a closer Jack’s location just to use this one because of the service.

I visit your restaurant at least twice a week sometime more. I only do drive thru .my issue is the cleanliness of your pick up window .dead moths and flies
and garbage on the ground. I know your location by the water is the reason for the moths BUT would probably take 5 or

Always nice folks at this location. Even if you have to wait in line sometimes it’s worth the wait. Anyone I’ve ever interacted with, usually at the drive thru window but occasionally inside, has always been polite and sweet country folks working that I believe do a good job representing the South like a good glass of cold sweet tea! I’ve never seen any of them be rude or impatient or try to rush a customer. Consistently efficient good service is hard to find plus the food here is always hot and fresh. I always look forward to stopping by this location in my travels through there every two weeks and hope they continue doing things the right way. I’ve only been disappointed in my food once in two years and that’s not bad odds.

I never complain…but they leave me no choice. It all starts with me getting a large sweet tea with my order. Tasted it and it was unsweetened tea gross. Nicely told the cashier that they forgot to add sugar and she said and I quote it is premade in a bag….I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and you can’t tell me that you don’t brew tea in house ALL restaurant do it. I said I am really sorry this is unsweetened then and asked if I could have a different drink and she huffed and said sure I tried to hand it back and she said no. I asked for a Dr Pepper and she gave me a small Drink not going to argue more with the girls so I left. Also got home asked for extra ranch for my salad and one cup of ranch one. One cup goes a long way on a salad as you can see below. I spent close to $40 on fast food and would expect just the bare minimum of service and didn’t even receive that. I also sat about 20 minutes in line because the system went down, no complaints there I understand that it is something no one can control and if my order and the service was better it would of been worth it because I love Jacks but this time I should of went somewhere else.

My family went here just to get something to eat. I went to the bathroom first and it was not clean, there was pee in the floors and neither stalls had toilet paper. When we went to order there was a line with only like 3 people in line so it wasn’t like they were busy or anything there was just nobody at the register for like 20 minutes it seemed like. The next thing I noticed was their drink machines were broken so they fixed our drinks for us. The next thing my family did was go and find a seat and their tables were dirty, well anyways we found a seat and when I took a drunk out of my drink I had like a chunk of something come out, I went and poured my drink out and there was like a fry in the bottom which is very unsanitary. I got them to refill my drink and then we got our food there was a “dead bug”, a “dead bug”… on my chicken..
