Many people here write mostly negative reviews and what they didn’t like. I’ve only been here once and I liked the place overall. I was with two children and our food was brought to us fairly quickly. The food was good. Prices have certainly gone up compared to what they used to be, but that’s more of a general trend. The place is quite clean, bright, and atmospheric. I took off one star because they washed the floor in front of us and it was so slippery that my child immediately fell on it after slipping.

Worst McDonald ever! Over the years, this McDonald’s has not changed at all. If I could give it a ZERO, I would! I stopped going there for a long time because I had food poisoning. After a few long years of not going, today I’ve decided to give this McDonald’s another try, but another disappointment and waste of my time! Got a happy meal for my kid. The milk was opened! The fries were only half way filled up, and the chicken nuggets are old and super brown! My spicy chicken wrap was old and tough, I was afraid to even finish it because the taste was off.

At 10:29 in the drive thru they told me it was too early for lunch . I park and go inside, still 10:29 and the LUNCH menu is posted inside. I wait in line behind 1 man as he orders. Then at 10:30 I get my order taken. At 10:31 I ask the manager does it have to be **exactly ** 10:30 ON THE DOT to place a lunch order ? She says “no it can be up to 3-4 minutes before.”

I ask her why the drive thru turned me away, less than 60 seconds away from actual lunch window ? She couldn’t explain . She completes out my order at 10:32. But what was the big issue ?

DONT WASTE UR TIME . They don’t wanna serve the food. ‍♀️

Online order, sat waiting over half an hour. So I went through the drive for my order. When I got to the second window, I kept my cool. Now it’s close to an hour waiting. Window lady was nice, she said for my time id get extra. I asked for two additional mcflurry. Also fresh hot food, not the food that had been sitting. The lady short hair and I think in Street clothes, gave me the food. She guaranteed that the food was fresh and hot. I think all she did was put hot fries on top of the one that sat. Then the nice lady came back with the two mcflurry, one large and one small. That’s not fair who gets the small one later. I have to say I’ve had better experience from this mcdonalds.
Now if the short hair lady would have given me fresh and hot food I would not be writing this.

Had an order done with the app in advanced. Went to the drive thru. Had 2 cars in front of me. I waited 20 min in line. Due to time issue I couldn’t wait longer, but i was stuck. Couldn’t drive out of the line. Had to wait till the first car got his order. It seemed they were understaffed. This happened at 2.05 this the morning. I left without out my order. I got out of the car, and approached the window and I told the worker that i can’t wait anymore and he can keep the order. I did not expect my money to be refunded. I really appreciate it.
I always go to this McDonald Normally. Fast service and everything is still warm when received.

If I had the option for zero stars I would. This McDonald’s has gone way downhill. The past three times my wife and I have gone here they messed up our order, and when they re-made it, it still was incorrect. The last time this happened the manager “helped” me with fixing it. She was rude, had attitude about it, forced me to show her the messed up food, and was rude the entire time. Also, took me 18 mins to get through the drive through, quick food, I think not.

I have had several bad experiences at this specific McDonalds, but not from the staff. I only ever get Diet Coke when I order, but whenever I go to this McDonalds in particular my drink tastes flat, watered down, and I always have a stomach ache for the next 24 hours. I do not know what this is caused by, but I have never had this experience anywhere else when drinking the SAME drink.

I’ve never written a review before but with this McDonald’s if they get more than three people in line they act like it’s the rush of their lives, they talk shit about customers, and get the order right only about 60% of the time. The one shift lead with the bangs and glasses is always stressed and acts like a chicken with their head cut off. They need to get new management or their act together one of the two

At least 10 cars in the drive-thru and the line was moving so slow that we went inside. Employees standing around but they refused to take orders. Instead, they directed us to the kiosks. An elderly woman asked them to take her order as she didn’t feel comfortable using the kiosk but they refused. They ended up having to help her place the order. It would have been faster if they would have just did it at the register in the first place. It took them over 5 minutes just to get us our 3 sodas. Glad we were just passing through and won’t need to go back any time soon.

Horrid quality. Burger was thinner than a fry, bottom was burnt and the onions were dry. Called and was told I would get replaced, not sure what that is worth since nothing was offered to be emailed to me.
