McD’s is a decent place to get some work done on your laptop without worrying about making a meal. This McD has fast internet, but limited outlets. Its location makes it popular amongst locals. The facility is clean, the food is consistent, the WiFi connectivity is simple. It’s a bit drafty here seated by the glass curtain walls. The thermostat isn’t set to compensate for the draft, so keep your jackets on if you’re sensitive to the chill. Hmm, my coffee was filled below the fill line. I removed a star for that. One bite…right?!?!

Marked my food as completed like ten minutes before it was. They don’t even have a soda dispenser anymore because I guess they don’t trust their own customers with one of their least expensive products. The parking lot is beyond atrocious and very hard to park anywhere safely.
Owner clearly does not care as they keep giving everyone the same form letter response. I’ve filled those out and nothing ever gets accomplished or changed for the better. Typical corporate slop.

This message is for the morning manager. I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal Saturday, before I went to work because I usually order breakfast at Mc Donalds Saturdays and sometimes during the week. I work about five minutes from your Mc Donalds in Norwichtown, so I took my breakfast with me, when I opened my sandwich looked like they toasted that bread several times and was imposible for me to eat it, so I didn’t eat it and went after work, in the afternoon, and the afternoon manager was very kind and returned my money back. An ex-worked from your store told me that some workers there like to do these things in purpose, even that I am not able to proof these allegations from an ex-worker from your store, I’m kind of start to believe that is true, since is not the first time something like this is happening to me in your store and it is very sad if the allegations about your workers are true because anybody who do things like that have serious issues that can end with a legal litigation, unfortunately everything stat with the management, if the head is not good, the crew is not good either, you as a manager have a responsibility to
teach your workers. Your job is not hard and your workers job neither, it is a shame that a customer is writing this review for you, if you mistreat your customers you will lose them. This McDonald’s location tends to get my order wrong more than others. Ordered “no cheese” and they put cheese on it anyway, even though the order states “no cheese”. Happened several times. Last time I paid for a Double Quarter Deluxe and received a regular Double Quarter Pounder. It’s frustrating to alwasy have to pull over to see if you received what you paid for. Or having to wait for your order to be remade when you’re in a hurry.

It’s McDonald’s, so the standard taste is there. But getting through the drive thru is hell, and they often forget sauces or mess up orders that deviate from the standard combination despite there being stickers. I used to work for McDonald’s when I was in college and the amount of times my order gets messed up now, and at this particular branch, is crazy. I get that mistakes happen, but the amount of mistakes that takes place is infuriating

Honestly one star is even way too much credit. My family spent $60 tonight on what should have been a quick dinner. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food. It was served cold. We had to have our sodas replaced because they were nothing but colored seltzer water. No ice. Second trip to counter we had to request fries that both kids meals were missing. Third trip to the counter to ask for the correct chicken sandwich. We ordered the new gold spicy deluxe sandwich. It was literally served as a dry piece of chicken on a bun no sauce bacon etc. They first replaced it with a mc chicken. Then after realizing that was still wrong, the girl came to our table asked for the first wrong sandwich back, picked it up GLOVELESS brought it to the back slapped the correct toppings on it and served it back to us again, now completely ice cold. The tables were filthy. We were bothered by flies our entire visit. Granted it’s McDonald’s, I do not have high expectations to begin with but this place is beyond terrible. I’ve never left a review for anywhere but seriously don’t go here.

I’ve gotten sick from the breakfast multiple times. I used to stop here on my way to work. You can get a crate of 60 eggs for $10 at Walmart. Why does anybody come here for breakfast?
