Apparently these workers can’t read an order. I ordered cheeseburgers with no onions or mustard and they came with onions. I also paid extra for sauce that they didn’t even give me. Everytime I go to McDonald something isn’t right with my order. The only thing they managed to get right today is my drink, most of the time they get that wrong too and add ice when I wanted none.

When we first went in, they were just standing around then we waited 45 minutes just for our order to be messed up while one was vaping in front of us and then the manager was trying her best but got stressed out. She tried to do all that she could. But those employees absolutely sucked. We ordered the shakes to be told that it was down and asked for a refund and didn’t even get the full refund. Even when they did refund our food, we got old stale food. Would not recommend going to especially if you’re in a hurry. Absolutely sucked. Shitty service. It’s fast food guys, not slow food.

Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes. Even said hello a few times to no response. Drove up to the window because the lines were backing up and weren’t sure if the speaker was broken. Group of employees setting around bullshiting. Looked at me a few times and never came to the window. Waited another 10 minutes. Never even got a greeting. I will never spend a penny at any McDonald’s ever again. Corporate will be notified.

Ordered breakfast at 8am on a Saturday morning. Went to pick it up and bring home. When home, the food had a funky smell to it…Smokey smell. I figured it was just an unclean grill or something. Which has happened before, my sausage will taste like bacon at times. I shouldn’t have done this, but I Took a bite, and all I could taste was cigarette. As if someone had just smoked, not washed their hands, and then handled my food with no gloves. It tasted as if I had just smoked the cigarette myself with cheese wrapped around it. Both items that were ordered tasted like a cigarette. This isn’t the first time something tasted off from this establishment like I mentioned earlier. Most of the food we get there, I can taste the other food items on my burger or chicken sandwich. Which tells me they don’t clean their grills either. So. I’m done. I can understand one mistake, but this is multiple cross contaminations and a health hazard cuz dude. We were gagging. It was disgusting.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in all of Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Every single time we order from this location, it is messed up. Not only do wait times exceed 15 minutes every single time, with no one in line, but the orders are never correct.
If we order 6 piece nuggets, that say 6 on the front of the box, every single time they only have 4. The fries are never full, never, they forget toys in the happy meals, and multiple items are always missing.
At first the district manager seemed concerned, but after multiple times of these problems happening, he does not care anymore. He will not return messages. Being new to Hutchinson, it is very disappointing that the local McDonald’s cannot seem to get anything right. Not only is it an incompetent staff but also the lack of proper management who will not take responsibility for their staff and training.
Don’t even bother visiting this location.

Well I went to get breakfast and they were a little busy, so I wasn’t to worry about any mess ups, but they messed up what I paid for so I paid more than I should have. Which I wasn’t worried about that it was fine, but they decided to give me a refund and only gave me part of what I ordered. Which I was fine with cause free food, but I got home and opened it up and it looks like they manhandled my food.
