We come here every year at the ss.e day for a pup cup for our dogs birthday. We get something for ourselves and a pupcup for the dog. She loves it of course. I knocked the food by 1 star not because of the food but the food price, it’s getting up a bit higher than it should be. Comparable dine-in places are available and that’s where the atmosphere loses a start. I can’t give 5 stars to eat in the car lol

Had a very pleasant experience. Staff looked like all kids, very polite, quick service, food was delicious. Small mistake was made, they replaced incorrect sandwiche no charge, And gave a coupon for a free combo, unexpected, pleasant surprise. Thank you for the great service!

Love the chicken tenders and cheese curds. They have upbeat oldies playing on the speakers! I wish they would give you a token in the kids meal for the free ice cream, because otherwise you have no proof that you get one. The root beer ice cream is awesome. If you go through the drive thru with a big order, be sure to double check if you got everything. They also have outdoor seating available as well as car service.

In the drive thru, there were a few things messed up. I ordered a water and got a sprite. I then ordered a root beer with the cheeseburger and never got that. They were rude grabbing it for us. I also ordered ketchup, never received which I had to run in and get it. When we opened up the bag my fries were spilled upside down. Only put 1 star because I can’t go any lower.

I would post a higher rating. Lyndsy P. is an excellent personality and makes the experience worthwhile. Problem is during rush hours the managers act like they cant assist with getting orders out. The only grill chef that’s ever gotten my food out to me in a timely fashion, Dale V., isn’t here enough to make it worth coming in half the times. Honestly it’s a crapshoot

Went @ 11:50 am on a Wednesday and surprisingly not busy. Decided to do the drive up ordering since it was only for root beer no food. So we ordered (2) half gallon with mug online @ approximately $20 total.
After waiting about 25 minutes the car hop tried giving us a bag of food. We explained our order and he left. Never came back to us. So I go inside and tell the employee situation and that we’re now @ 30+ minutes waiting for just root beer! At this point we’ve already verified that the money came out of our bank account already. She said they’d been having problems with orders not coming through. She apologized and sent us back outside to wait.
Car hop finally comes out with the root beer but no glass mugs. We specifically ordered the mugs which cost an extra $5/each. So we again explain our order but he insists this is our order and walks away.
We go back inside wait in line AGAIN. Employee asks if we ordered the 50/50? I again explain to her that we ordered (2) half gallons with mug for $10/each. I politely said, “We only got the root beer no mugs and I’m pretty sure that a gallon of root beer doesn’t cost $20!” She still looks confused and muttered something as she walked away.
She ended up giving us the mugs eventually. Total wait time was approximately 42 minutes from order to fulfillment. Thankfully we weren’t here during work lunch on limited time.
Next time I would suggest ANYWHERE ELSE! On a side note, the root beer was good.

Stopped in for cone, they only cost 1.04 for any size. Mine was rootbeer flavor. Restaurant was clean people were polite and professional. I stop in whenever I am in area, you can not beat the price. It is a no Brainerd stop in and get one. Unless you are lactose intolerant, then sorry.
