My family and I come to this particular Zaxby’s OFTEN and they never disappoint! I’ve always been treated with respect and got my meal fresh with accuracy. Their bathrooms are one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen and the staff is always on point! This particular experience was today and it was during the AM shift. Great place, great environment, great people and great food. Come here with no hesitation!

It takes a special kind of effort to mess up a club sandwhich. Which is exactly what happened on my order then after requesting and having them do a remake the chicken itself was over cooked and the Sandwhich itself just wasn’t fulfilling. The fries were awesome though. Great seasoning. The lobby is destroyed and the service is way slower than an average Zaxby’s.

We may go to other locations when we are travelling, but this location in South Jackson is my favorite. The staff at this location always delivers the right order and on time.

I ordered a zenzation salad for lunch yesterday and it was quite disappointing. There was much less chicken than in the past and way too much Asian sauce. The egg roll was burnt to a crisp and the salad was mostly soggy lettuce. This location was never disappointing in the past but it has been a few months since I’ve been there.

First off they were out of the 8 PC boneless wings so I had to get a 5 PC. Out of ice in the lobby and several of the flavored soft drinks. The 5 PC wasn’t big enough to fill up a toddler much less an adult. Pretty ridiculous to pay that kind of money for such a small portion!

This place has delicious salads and chicken and has a friendly, helpful staff. The rewards program is really good as well. You will earn free food before you know it. The restaurant is very attractive and cozy and I highly recommend eating there.

Today was my first time placing an online order. I pull up and there’s 2 cars waiting at the speaker so I drive around them and pull up behind the car at the window. The woman at the drive thru window is looking back at me mean mugging like I did something wrong. I pull up to the window. There’s no hello, how can I help you nothing just straight anger. I say I had an online order. “DID YOU STOP AT THE SPEAKER?! I say no I didn’t know that I had to, this was my first online order. She goes on to fuss about me not stopping at the speaker. I can’t stand misery that loves company. It’s safe to say, that’s my last Zaxby’s visit in South Jackson. It pays nothing to be kind to people as I genuinely did not know. First of all, why would I need to wait at a speaker behind two cars for them to order when I already ordered and paid online. I absolutely despise how rude some people are! If you don’t like the job, kindly find something else. It literally took 10 seconds to go grab my bags of food and my drinks that were already prepared. I pray somebody treats her better than she treated me today.
Then, didn’t even give me a full order of cheese bites!!! Definitely not $5.29 worth. Jesus help me. Smh!
