Haven’t ate here in awhile and wanted to revisit as my first visit wasn’t the best. Well unfortunately this time I can say was worst. Our server Brittany completely forgot about us after taking our order. We didn’t get drink refills and we needed condiments for our food however, she never checked to see if we needed anything. There was another server that actually brought out our food. The next time we saw her she was bringing out our check. I would’ve loved to give a 5/5 all the way around but, our server could’ve been a little more attentive.

We absolutely LOVE Eggs Up Grill! The perfect spot to eat for breakfast or brunch. They have so many options to try from and the kids menu is simple and delicious. Our server, Grace, truly took the time to walk us through the menu and even shared few of her favorite dishes we should try. The food service was quick which is perfect for wiggly hungry toddlers. We highly recommend!

The location is very convenient. The energy upon entering is very relaxing and welcoming. Each employee that made eye contact had a genuine smile. During our entire visit I felt like anything I needed was only a quick question or head nod away. The entire staff is buzzing around seemingly eager to please. Diana was our server and she was no different. She was prompt, and efficient but not overbearing. She stayed within view of us our entire visit. We never had to guess where she was. She anticipated our every request. Made for a smooth and very enjoyable breakfast/lunch. Recommend 10/10

This morning was my first visit to EUG – The team there is amazing! Everyone, I noticed helped each other and you could see how every customer was valued. Brittany was my waitress and she was always on top of making sure my experience was not only pleasant, but top notch. I ordered the steak and eggs breakfast, along with a coffee and mimosa. Everything was cooked to perfection and the drinks were delicious! I also was introduced to Marlie, a fellow Ohioan! She was friendly and great for conversation! I can’t wait to return with my husband!

0 stars if I could I would. Ordered from these guys 3 times through uber eats and all 3 times they didn’t send my beverage with my order. No solution provided, no delivery even after realizing their mistake 3 times. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Most recent experience from today photos attached. Even had the audacity to select no beverage on the sticker of my order when I clearly ordered a beverage. Also didn’t give me any syrup with pancakes.
