This is the second time yall have gotten my sandwich wrong, im now at work so turning around is going to make me super late. Its BACON.. buttery Swiss.. once again, no bacon and random toppings that dont even go on it… im going to start trying a different location cuz once is water but 2 times in a row is beyond frustrating. Every bad sandwich and burger starts with a tomato hence why I get things that aren’t supposed to have tomatos… at least its edible.

Okay hear me out first. I understand this isn’t a five star restaurant or I’m ordering something fancy, but damn. Can you all for once have food quality control. Fries were old and cold, the order was half full. Then you take the wrong order and won’t know till I get back home. Like is it really that difficult? I know you would be upset if it was vice versa.

I placed a mobile order. when I got to the restaurant I was asked to pull around and wait 10 minutes and come back through the drive-thru for my two tacos. I did that I was told to go back and wait again and come back through the drive-thru later. I waited another 10 and I drive back through the and was told pull to window, but now there is a 5 person line . he didn’t make anybody else that was waiting on their order pull around. if there was a way to cancel the order on the app I would have canceled it but they don’t allow that. I’m being held hostage at the Jack in the box. this is ridiculous. I think the employee, is in there getting high instead of doing his job. I’ve been here 20 minutes and not one person has left with food. there’s seven of us now in the parking lot waiting for food.5 in drive thru and 2 in front, if I could give less than one star I definitely would have. Y’all need more responsible people working at night time. you can’t have two kids in here running the store. I’m still in the line and I’ve now been here 32 minutes. for two tacos!!!!!!

This location cannot get drinks right! I went one time and ordered a diet dr pepper and it was flat and watered down, looked like iced tea, another time I went, I ordered coke zero and they gave me a regular coke, im a type 1 diabetic so that was a big mistake, I pay for the drinks but they are always wrong

Visited Dallas for a show and this location was near our hotel room. I had never been to Jack In The Box before and I’m going to be honest, I judged the menu and saw terrible reviews—but my sister insisted. I was actually surprised. We ordered online to pick up, we blind trusted since all the bags we sealed. Everything was right, hot, and was actually good—for fast food. But I wanted to post a positive review because if my sister never insisted I would’ve never went there.

The food was definitely very satisfying when you need to be slapped with sodium. I got the #7 which is called the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, with lettuce, curly fries and churros, the sandwich was very savory and juicy, the curly fries were salty and perfectly seasoned, the churros were nice and warm, it was all very good, the lady who was the cashier at the time, Kristina luckily remembered the churros before I left and I thanked her greatly, since usually people wouldn’t remember if something is missing. Great customer service and very tasty food.

Extremely rude employees. I was not even acknowledged at the speaker and when I said hello I didn’t hear what was said so I started to ask for my order only to be rudely responded with “I said hold on a minute” No more nicer soda machine available either which is stupid. I’m honestly really annoyed.

I came to grab some breakfast before I went home to get ready for work and Aaron made me feel so special! Waited for 20 minutes to then be told they had missing ingredients (whipcream for shake) and had to deal with super rude people that didn’t seem to remember ehat i ordered. I didn’t recive any of the sauce I ordered and they got my order wrong, I got quite possibly the saddest burger I’ve ever seen when I asked for a chicken sandwich and they forgot my fries. It was late night I’m not expecting the best customer service but getting the wrong food that was cold and missing everything is such a massive L. Won’t be going back
