Stopped in this morning. Ordered sausage biscuits. The biscuits so fluffy. Yummy. But I noticed the table I sat at wasn’t cleaned off. Then everywhere I looked the floor was so dirty. Like it hadn’t had a good sweeping and that made me go hum. The lady that waited on me was very nice. But cleanliness is everything.

Braums hit the spot. Burger and shake. Good luck finding a place thats better for the price. Im a fan. I love that they have a little grocery store inside. Braum’s has it all. I love their selection of ice cream flavors. Their burgers are pretty good, but my favorite is their breakfast selection. A great place to stop on my way to work, or to bring my grandkids for a summer afternoon ice cream treat.

We stopped for lunch at approximately 1:30 p.m. on a Monday. The restaurant had customers and most seemed to be waiting on food. We were able to place our order within 10 minutes. We waited 25 minutes to get our “to go” order. Nearly every customer was waiting on something to complete their order. After waiting 25 minutes for our order, they still hadn’t made the shake to go with the order. The place seemed over staffed with workers, but it didn’t take long to realize that several were just standing around daydreaming. The person handling the drive thru orders just wanted to admire herself in the mirror. When we finally got our order, the fries were strewn all over the tray and then we had to inform the unfriendly, smart mouthed worker that the order was to go. A complete joke of a place. They definitely have a management problem! Food was ok, but I don’t believe we will patronize the place again.

This place has given me cold food on several occasions. Tonight I got off work and stopped in for burgers and chicken sandwich. They totally messed up my order entirely…. And sent me off with ice cold fries and sandwiches. If I lived in town I would have went back and complained but I just tossed the junk in the trash after my drive home. I will not be eating here ever again as this is not my first encounter with cold food and or rude staff. Absolute worst Braums.

Walked inside right as a worker walked out to stand right outside by the doors to vape with 2 other workers and their friends. We stood there for a couple minutes waiting to be served. The worker that walked out came back in not looking happy. Could be for any reason. Suddenly I was being helped by 3 people. Our ice cream order was quickly done after that. I don’t usually leave bad reviews like this and maybe my age is showing, but when I was working in the Food Industry smoke breaks usually had to be snuck by the trash cans. Not right by an entrance with my friends. Usually the people are great, and I understand almost end of shift work flow.

Extremely rude. There must be a problem with your head set. We where told tell us when you’re ready. We did 3 times. Then the lady came on finally with an attitude and missed the first part of our order. We told her and she said if we wanted it had to go around and go to the speaker and order again. We pull up and I ran inside the manager was rude and felt like they where talking about us when I came in. She took my order and the lady at the ice cream said she’d make it. Well then she started cleaning and completely forgot until the manager reminded her I was waiting. We loved coming here for ice cream for the kids but honestly the rudeness and lack of customer service nearly every time we come through the drive thru makes me think they need new management and to re staff. Ridiculous as a person in leadership unacceptable.
