Weak spot no music. That was the best chicken sandwich ever! 4pm on Saturday and medium busy. Truly great cooks. My only other suggestion is less mayo, that chicken breading did the talking and no this is not my first Popeyes sandwich. I’m very proud to post this great review.

This location is usually good so not sure what happened. I ordered online and when I pulled up they made me come in. I mean what is the user in order ahead of I have to get out and come in to wait. Then I was told sorry I thought you were an Uber driver that’s why I made you come in. Smh! Then my food was cold. Won’t be back

Ordered dinner via the website. The sandwich and fries were perfectly prepared and delicious! In the past, this specific restaurant served shrimp even though it was not on the website. Unfortunately, at pick-up, I learned they no longer serve shrimp. While pleasant, the service was hurried, seemingly under-staffed. The restaurant was obviously under some renovation. Just outside the entrance doors, a line of vehicles were there for pick-up (i.e. Door Dash) orders making it awkward to enter the restaurant. For the future, I will seek another Popeye’s restaurant!

Food is always good here but the service was exceptional. The lead of this store was on top of everything. He was multi tasking getting employees clocked in, managing orders, and managing the staff. He was kind, friendly, and welcoming. He really seemed to take “customer service” seriously. So even though the store is a bit older and somewhat run down, this is a go-to fast food option because of how welcoming they were.

This staff at this hour. Always eating, talking, and arguing instead of doing their jobs. I think the manager is drunk. Every time I have to pick up orders, it is complete chaos. They are steadily eating but not putting orders together. How this place is still running blows my mind.

The service was okay, I was told immediately what was available. It was late we were hungry. We ordered wings and biscuits .
The sauce for the wings was so hot, you could not taste the chicken. The only flavor profile we experience was heat.
It was a waste and we were not satisfied. The pricing also was too high for what we ordered.

It needs to be cleaned from top to bottom… the floors a lil slippery, I inquired about a coupon sent to my email… the cashier knew nothing and she asked the manager who knew nothing as well, then she went on and on about how she don’t order food online which was not the question, then i can hear her and the other older woman saying oh no they don’t order food online… in which i wasn’t trying to order online cause clearly I know how to do that…I just want to know about the coupon/advertising… which it suppose to be mardi gras day… I’ll just stick with Martinez location it’s cleaner, quick and up to date!!!!

I ordered a family meal and upon getting home the fries had a terrible burnt taste to them. Manager on duty told me to bring the entire meal back to get a refund for the fries. It was there mistake so why gotta make my family wait to eat because of their mistake. You can smell the burnt grease, I would’ve never sold someone food like this. The chicken was okay, biscuits were hard. I’d rather you tell
me you were out of fries than serve me this. I would’ve gladly got something else. The color of the fries were golden but that taste will make you vomit.

I waited around 45min and the girl who gave me the food made me yell out the order like 6 times. After that she told me that I had to wait 10min for my shrimped popcorn… the sangwish was made lightly and had 2 tons of mayonnaise when I asked for no mayonnaise. The sides were cold from the fridge and the staff is the most ghetto in Augusta.
