Typical Wendy’s in an older neighborhood… The staff here is golden though. They go out of their way to be nice to you and make sure that you are satisfied! I’ve been treated better here than at most full service restaurants. The food and the building are just the same as every other older Wendy’s… The service here though sets it apart.

SOLIDARITY, had ordered food through the drive thru. Used a sweet $3.00 off coupon, even the register lady said that’s a good one. lol we ordered baconator large Dr Pepper, biscuit and gravy and strawberry pop tart fusion frosty frosty fusion you know what I mean lol it was so good. Everything was good. I’m so fresh as soon as we paid the lady told us to pull forward. I literally got off the car immediately to retrieve catch-up because I know they don’t put it in the bag if you don’t ask for it as soon as I get in though he’s like can I help you with something I was like I just ordered to the drive-through. I just want to catch up. She told me to wait for her food. Do you know if she’s reaching out to her team? Apparently, they already had delivered the food and I was waiting there like a crazy man. Great communication great service.

Gina Hines served me today and let me tell you she is so lovely. She hustles, is polite, efficient and when everyone is complaining how busy they are, Gina carries a tray for a man who can’t. She makes sure he is settled in and goes back to her work.

I always come to Wendy’s because it’s the closest one to my house, the day crew is fast and always getting things right. But on January 20th. I went at night after a long shift and I ordered the famous BACONATOR. They put pickles,and silces of onion. This burger doesn’t have all that extra stuff.. and I didn’t even ask for that. Bruh fire the night shift please. (They’re an all lady crew. It was loud inside and I’m pretty sure she couldn’t hear my order)

The worker was nice enough, but this food is disgusting. Even decided to get an “iced coffee” and the lady drowned some black pour over hot coffee in a ton of syrup over some ice. So I got watery lukewarm syrup “coffee”. Sooooo gross
