The hostess was kind and intentional. He mentioned he was new, but he did a great job making us feel welcomed when we arrived.
Unfortunately, after being seated, the experience went downhill. We sat at our table for 10 minutes without anyone greeting us. During that time, a server checked on the table next to us and later took a drink order from a table that had been seated after us, but no one acknowledged us. Another server also took drink orders from a different table seated after us, and still no one came to greet us.
I went back to the hostess to let him know. He seemed genuinely surprised and said he would get someone right away. We waited another five minutes, but no one came, so after 20 minutes without service, we decided to leave.
Servers need to be more aware of who has been seated and in what order. Even if a table is not yours, acknowledging guests and letting them know you’ll be with them shortly goes a long way. Restaurants operate as a team, and guests should never feel invisible.
Advice: Greet tables within 2–5 minutes of being seated, even if it’s just to say you’ll be right with them. If you have multiple tables seated at once, consider taking drink orders together and bringing drinks out at the same time to stay efficient. This is coming from someone who served for years.
Very disappointing experience — especially since we didn’t receive any service at all. I truly hope management addresses this.

We sat from 9:20am – 12:10pm! Late on Every. Single. Order. Every single one made WRONG or INCOMPLETE. Service was absolutely INCOMPETENT. Biscuits and gravy was bland. Overpriced for common items. Second time in two days we came here and doubled down on the absurdity! When the manager tried to correct a to-go new york cheesecake waffle with chocolate chips, still wrong, no cheesecake bits, and a sad amount of toppings. “What could we do to make it better?” A full refund of $76 and paid for our time waisted at this point. I have NEVER been this livid at a food establishment in my ENTIRE LIFE.

Wouldn’t recommend this location at ALL. Better off going to Boulder for IHOP. Waited 25 minutes to be seated at a table despite asking for a booth. Then waited another 30 MINUTES to have our drink and order taken. Another 20 minutes pass and our drinks come out, 2 waters, a lemonade and a coffee. Waited another 15 minutes for our food to come out cold and not a waiter in sight to ask how we were doing. Location is either understaffed and over run or everyone’s hiding in the back. Would have been better off going to McDonalds. Not to mention the hair or whatever it is on my wheat toast.

Food was good and hot, had the strawberry cheesecake waffles and my partner had the breakfast sampler. Coffee was hot and food was good. Only ding was the wait for a table. Still a great place to visit for good food

I was in for the first time a few days ago. I and another guest who was ahead of me had to wait 5 mins for someone to greet us. Jasmine, my server was great but the manager was useless. Let me put it this way the only hot part of the meal was the coffee. I advised the manager she ran and hid, asked for my check and told the server it wasn’t on her. I have worked in the industry all my career. It was pathetic. I made sure to tip my server after I was told no charge. Then I went across the street to La Marisposa and had a great HOT breakfast . It makes sense why this place (IHOP) is constantly running an ad for management.
PS don’t bother offering me to come back. It was a disgrace the only positive part was the server Jasmine, you should promote her and fire the manager.

The food was the only thing DECENT about this place . Upon walking in you see multiple tables with old food waiting to be cleaned with a bunch of silverware/ napkins on the ground. Not only were there only about 3 other couples in the restaurant, the host walked by multiples times with no acknowledgment and my party of 6 had to stand just awkwardly waiting to be seated or acknowledge for about 15 minutes.
Upon being seated we did not see our server for about another 30 minutes , then after that it took ANOTHER 30 minutes to get our drinks and so on . She did not wear a name tag but loved during this whole ordeal to either hide in the back or talk to the people behind us about her personal problems.
My kids ordered specific menu items due to the “unlimited pancake promotion” and was not able to fully take advantage of the promotion due to the servers lack of ability to wait tables and only checking on us about three times in the 2 and a half horrible hours we spent here.
In conclusion, between the dirty filth , false advertising or deterring people away from getting it and lack of ability to accurately perform her job this place would get zero stars of google gave me the ability. Go to another location or go somewhere else .

Yesterday I went to this location with a friend of mine for breakfast. We had a great breakfast. We both ordered the breakfast combo that was on the $6 value menu. For the second time, we had our favorite waitress, Jasmine. She has a great personality and friendly. While this time she didn’t serve us the whole time, she made sure we were taken care of. We were.
Thank you to Jasmine and the rest of the wait staff for taking care of us. We will definitely be back. By the way, their buttermilk pancakes with butter pecan syrup is awsome!

We got there with one other table getting service. The waitress sat a few tables after us that got there food before we did. The order was wrong and she claimed to change the ticket price as we shouldn’t have to pay for food we didnt get. She never filled our drinks and was very rude the entire time. Ihop used to be a favorite of mine but this location is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had eating at any restaurant. Who gets an order wrong and still makes you pay for it.

Got here at like 9:15 didn’t get food tell 10:10 the food was good. The tablet was dead so my waitress had to get a new tablet. There’s more but in all the food was good. Thank you IHOP.

My daughter and I went in right before Thanksgiving around 8 pm and it was quite and slow when we arrived Jay was our server very friendly as we were sitting there it picked up and probably 5 more tables were sat as I looking around I only see Jay running around we got our food which was probably the best we’ve had at an IHOP in a long time but I went to get a box for my daughter and saw our server Jay was cooking as well so not only was Jay the hostess he was the server and the cook this man was a one man wrecking crew and never even broke a sweat and was extremely polite I asked him why was he by himself he said he wasn’t but on top of everything he was training too this man deserves a promotion a paid vacation something to carry the whole restaurant on his shoulders and not even bat an eye at the stress jay your a hard worker and I hope IHOP appreciates you cause clearly they need you more than you could ever need them keep up the hard work my friend!!
