Amazing spot in the heart of Frisco!
We stopped here during our trip and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The place feels cozy, lively, and very welcoming. The food was delicious — especially the sausages and pretzels — super fresh and full of flavor. Great selection of beers as well!
Perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Frisco!

This pub was hands down an amazing experience. The food was amazing I recommend the Buffalo sausage and the Elk jalapeño sausage. They have inside and outside seating. This is great for if you have a dog. When we arrived we also had a surprise. The pub shares the same building as an antique/ modern booth establishment. So while you waiting on your food you get to shop.

A pleasant German restaurant! The vibes, food, and beer were exactly what I wanted. They have a wide variety of sausages with great flavor. I enjoyed the elk sausage. The venison wasn’t bad as well but I would try something else next time. The pretzel was perfect. I personally didn’t enjoy the cheese as much. Overall, a wonderful place tucked away in a shop.

Disappointed in this establishment compared to others reviews. Messy, not much taste. Can only recommend the sausages here out of everything we ordered. :(. As you can see from the owners response, not very professional either. Lived in Germany over a decade and was here with my German friends for this visit. I guess we won’t stop back by even for the sausage.

Always great to find good grub in a tourist town. Sausages spam from traditional to unusual. All good. But the main thing is the great atmosphere.

Ein Prosit offers an authentic taste of Germany all the way in Colorado! They serve a variety of savory sausages which pair perfectly with a refreshing stein of beer. I also recommend the large pretzel!

This is a fantastic place for authentic German food and beer! We did the 4 sausage sampler with the Elk Jalapeño Cheddar, Rattlesnake Pheasant Jalapeño, Antelope, and Prost Signature- all of which were delicious. There’s a perfect level of spicy so don’t be intimidated by the jalapeño or habanero. The Bavarian pretzel was soft, salted, and the cheese is worth the uncharge. Their homemade mustards go great with both the pretzels and links. The prices all around are fair. We tried 3-4 beers each which they pour in specialized glasses for the type of beer which is a nice touch. The ONLY suggestion is a slightly bigger portion of German potato salad to accompany the meal and it could’ve been warmer. They had open mic night on Tuesday which was fun. Cory the bartender was super friendly and welcoming. We loved this place so much we came back later in the week!

Nice atmosphere. The pretzel was actually legit. The sausages are not; greasy and nothing to do with German sausages. Didn’t have any beer but selection looked good.

My husband suggested this spot while in town and I was a bit skeptical having just sausage’s for lunch but surprisingly it was amazing. They have a build your own sampler meal that we tried and you get a couple of sides that come with it. We loved, loved, loved the honey bourbon sausages. I think the only disappointing part was that we didn’t order any sausages to take with us. We definitely will be back and planning another trip soon.

Good German food, especially in CO. The place is a hole in the wall. Some interesting sausage options.
Inside the same building is Pullman Distillery. I give that 5 stars for their alcoholic offerings, atmosphere, and service. Brogan was an excellent bartender! The whole place is an 1880s Pullman train car converted to their bar. Only open Thursday – Sunday, 3-8 pm, you have to make it a point to go there.
