Im a huge fan of Chipotle, normally but this location has started to decline.
I ordered through doordash , driver was very professional despite having to wait longer than expected they kept me informed!
Despite the wait already being longer than normal, the food quality was subpar to say the least.
Pictured is the delicious guacamole I normally order, but this time and for the last few times has NOT been very fresh , almost seems bottom of the barrel :/
Both mine and my Girlfriend bowls had guaca and unfortunately looked worse than these pics. Despite the lack of freshness we still eat just from hunger and wanting to finish our long day.
Hopefully this location does better in the future like the Merriville or Crown Point locations

Absolute embarrassment of a company. Though there are some hard workers here…they are surrounded by ignorant and entitled employees. Waited 30 minutes for a burrito on my last stop in. I watched about 15 people who came in after me get their order. Some girl was handling food in pajamas and a dirty sweatshirt while not washing her hands in-between touching everything. After packing my food unsanitary, I said something about her washing her hands, she pulled my order back and told me I can get a refund and leave. Prior to me, someone was waiting a long time and I heard her tell them they could cancel their order when they mentioned the wait. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Clearly management has no idea what they’re doing here because the ethic of the employees reflects the teaching of management. I won’t be returning. This place was disgusting.

I asked the guy serving my bowl if the barbacoa was actually the meat or just all the fatty part because it looked like just a big pile of the fatty part stuck together he said “it’s the meat”. I’m sure he could tell by my facial expression that I was uneasy about it (because the last time I came I only got about 90% of fat instead of barbacoa, legit like two bites of actual meat )And when I went to the table to eat of course it was a bunch of the fatty part. I scraped off as much of the actual meat as I could and separated the big blob of fat. The tables all had crumbs on them…the only good thing I can say is that the girl at the register was a little nicer to me. …Guess I’ll just sit here and keep picking away at my little meat lard bowl …

Horrible experience. Placed order online and arrived 20 minutes later. Waited 30 minutes for a burrito and chips. Was treated horribly by the employee who was in her pj’s and outside sweatshirt working. I watched about 5 orders come and go as well as a long line. Because I asked how much longer I was told I could cancel my order. Horrible establishment. Didn’t even want the food after the girl in her pajamas handled it.

Stopped by Chipotle and had a great experience. Everything tasted fresh, the line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly and on top of things. My order was made exactly how I asked, and the portions were solid. Reliable spot when you want something fast that’s still good quality.

If I could I would rate this trash location 0. Garbage food. Garbage employees, garbage atmosphere. They mess your order up and then tell you they don’t like you to leave and refuse refunds at this location. Do not recommend. Tried speaking with a manager and he gave me a silent treatment -how professional. Authorities actually needed to be called. What great customer satisfaction this store has. Lmao

UPDATE: TO EXPENSIVE NOW! Proportions are still terrible! your food gets cold by the time you get it an sit down they need to keep the food hot not room temp, other issue is there portions are so off I can’t believe it this could just be me but man they are stingy: UPDATE once again chipotle fails look at this portion for what you paying shameful and they undercook the rice.

I ordered Carne Asada Bowl.
The steak was tasty but there could of been a bit larger portion to it. And I do think with obe sm side that $19.42 was alot to pay for one meal. Won’t be back anytime too soon.

I do not care for this location. It’s the worst! They never give you any meat even if you pay for double. The food always seems cold?? Chipotle cost too much money to not get good service and quality food.
