How are you not going to have aleast coffee ready! You offer it online but when people come to pick up you aren’t serving hot drinks???? Also you say the dots come in a variety of 4 flavors yet in my box I only received mostly glazed with some oreo. The team is lazy and doesnt care about the customers. If this location doesn’t want to make the hot drinks dont offer them on your menu. MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE CONTROL! COPORATE PLEASE FIX THIS LOCATION!! I will never order from here again. Customer lost for good. My daughter’s birthday breakfast was ruined. Thanks for ruining it and making her cry .

Got donuts for national coffee day and also got 3 free ones with a purchase.
The churro donuts were really good! Not very surprised by the creme ones. Glazed ones never disappoint. Definitely fulfilled the donut craving for me and my friends!
The A/C was not working very well so it was really hot. I felt bad for the workers because we could barely stay and eat the donuts there

I hate going negative on reviews but this was kind of a negative experience. I walked in to pick up an online order and I stood at the online order sign. Six more people join me in line and we all waited very patiently while nobody seemed to help us and when they did, they couldn’t figure out where our orders were. I’m sure the holiday donuts are putting a little extra stress on the crew, but the operation felt very disorganized and when that happens, you need your leadership to step in. The donuts could also look a little better. I’ll add that. I do plan on coming back because this is the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location.

Came in at 7:25 to pick up an order scheduled for 7:15. I waited in the pickup line (while people In the other line are being helped) until 7:40 when someone went to assemble my order.
Unfortunately, I only got 6 of the donuts my order was supposed to have (fall favorites box), the other 6 were randomly chosen by the employee. Why even have set boxes if you’re not going to give people what they order?
Also the floor is very sticky.

1. Donuts are pretty good. Free original glaze when the red light turns off
2. Price is ok for todays economy. Better if you had coupon or something like that.

All the staff while I was there today were wonderful! All were talkative, professional, productive, and efficient. Whoever that lady is. Who was boxing what looked like a few hundred donuts. GO YOU! That looks very overwhelming. This location has always been on point! With an incredible selection of delicious donuts and more. Some of the donut flavors are wild, interesting but too sweet. This many years later. It is still amusing watching the donuts go along the conveyor belt. The coffee selections are clutch and absolutely enjoyable. The lobby and the bathroom. Whenever I have been there over the years. Seems to be regularly maintained, cleaned and whipped down. The drive-thru line wasn’t long. It can get a bit long at times in the day. That’s anywhere these days. For here it’s for great reasons. The staff are efficient with the drive-thru.

I really enjoy coming to this Krispy Kreme and come here for years. However, today was different upon walking in there were four staff members focused on the conveyor for the donuts and only one person running register and drive-through. We were not acknowledged another client came in no acknowledgment, it wasn’t until two other customers walked in, and the line started to pile up that we were all assisted very poor customer service.

The most fresh donuts around the area. If you arrive in the morning, you can smell donuts off from the parking lot, and you can see the donuts being made rolling off the belt. You can’t get any fresher. We have gotten many times with warm donuts !
