We went during the busy night of Valentine’s Day and we did not make any reservations but the lady in the front desk was very accommodating and helped us get a bay. She was super friendly and very patient with us. We love the youthful ambiance and the party music. The service crew is amazing.

Let me start by saying that the whole experience was brought to another level because of Ziriah, she was super helpful, kind and made our day! I hope she see’s our review and know how much her thoughtfulness mattered to me. Grateful
Now getting to spend time with my handsome grandsons and watching them enjoy their self was awesome! Golfing is a great fun filled sport that does take practice and skill and I hope they get into it and stick with it. Topgolf allowed me to gift them this experience and made it easy to get into the “swing” of things. I was a bit intimidated, as I know nothing about golfing. But the boys seemed to pick it up fairly quickly with the help of Ziriah. It’s just a really nice place to enjoy with family and friends.
I also wanted to mention the Manager Greg on our way out he took the time to ask how we did, and really cared that the boys had a great time. He also made sure to invite us to come back. It’s nice when the Managment takes time to chat with their visitors. Thank you Topgolf, we will be back really soon!

Overall, was not please with the service. Get it, it’s a weekend, it’s busy, but no reason not to acknowledge, accommodate, or even serve your customers. Can go to other TopGolf locations out of state and be treated fairly despite discrimination. Coming to the location in ABQ, come to face some attitude, no accommodation or direction, let alone no professionalism from any staff member. You can sit to be served, but servers fail to acknowledge you when yes they see you have not got any drinks. Maybe some training on customer service despite who comes through the doors will help this ABQ location.

Topgolf is always a blast! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was energetic and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The games are easy to pick up whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a total beginner, which makes it perfect for groups. Great food, great drinks, and an all-around fun experience. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a fun night out!

We went for a family gathering, And we were seated immediately, but not to the accommodations that we had asked for we bypassed that and we decided to start the game. It wasn’t until we were greeted by our waitress that goes by the name of Alex. He Looked at all of us and said he refuses to service us Because we had too many people in the booth. Which is why we called Topgolf the day before to accommodate us for two booths that were next to each other. When we got there, they said they couldn’t accommodate for that. My husband had asked Alex OK let’s go talk to your manager. And they both proceeded to go have a conversation. We were told by the manager that Alex did not want to serve us and he refuses to serve until some of our party go sit at the bar, but no one at our party is drinking. So when we did this accommodation for Alex, He then came back up to us 30 minutes later and said that he was OK with us all being at the booth that he was overwhelmed. What I don’t get is why make a big fuss And say that he refused to serve to then tell us 30 minutes later that you were going to serve all of us and it was OK for all of us to be under the booth.
We didn’t care for our server at all
But we do appreciate the topgolf manager that did accommodate for everything that we asked for and for also giving us a free round of golf.
But I probably won’t go back to that place because that situation was so stressful.

Wow this place is ran down. Had reservations at 415 got there round 4pm. Ask the very rude female at the front if we start. Before I could finish she spoke over me n said no no we have an hr wait. Rude.
We got to bay. The the machine kept not functioning on us throughout the game times. Remind you pay per 30min to play. Ordered food for the family. Don’t waste your time or money. You get very little for the cost paid $14 for nachos and got like 8 chips. 3 out of the 5 chairs at our table could not even be used they where broken. Had to go inside to the waiter and waitress area and asked somebody. I’m Frank to give me refills on drinks. Went to the bathroom and there was no tp at all

The place is really nice and really enjoyed the time there. The clubs they supply are great if you don’t bring your own. The staff was really nice and helpful my server was on point on the beer. The games they have are fun and can really hone your skills oh ball placement. The mini golf course was nice to kill time

Brought my dad here for his birthday on a Monday right when they opened. It was nice and quiet with hardly anyone there and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Bathrooms were nice and clean and there were tons of seating boyh indoor and outdoor with large televisions everywhere. Our hostess was very nice and friendly and I thought that the value for two hours was very fair. I’d come back with again and maybe try the food.
