When ordering the Facaccia sandwich make sure you get what your asking for. The picture on the sign literally has no type of sauce on it. Guess what I got? Literally a dark brown sauce drenched sandwich that sucked so bad, so messy, so sweet that it drowned out the true flavor of the sandwich. I’m also a diabetic and was waiting to fall into a diabetic coma after eating it. All I’m saying if a person asked for the sandwich in the picture, it should come out looking just like the picture. How hard is that? Evidently very difficult, it seems. Just ask, plain or with sauce! I took 2 bites and handed it to my niece. It got to be to much for her also and she through half a sandwich away. A big waist of my hard earned money.

Went through the drive-through got broccoli cheddar soup, hearty chili and a grilled cheese sandwich, iced coffee, and agave lemonade. The food was delicious . Lemonade was great, but the coffee lacked a bit. We had to wait 8 minutes until anyone came to let us pay. Got our food right after. Could have been better service but all in all good food.

I tried to order in app but unfortunately the app is still having issues along with my gift card in the app. However, manager CiCi and team member Olivia did an amazing job at fixing it within cafe. They were both very helpful and sweet as well as professional with exceptional customer service skills. Thank you so very much!! 5 stars for this location, the app however does need improvement. Also, if the deal is offered in app at this location, such as the $1 cup of soup with whole entree, it should be honored, or not offered in the app for this location. Just a piece of advice since this is what the GM has advised their employees being that they aren’t a corporate location. CiCi and Olivia were exceptional!!!

Placed an order with Door Dash for lunch. When we received our order, several items were missing. Called and spoke with Leanna, and explained the situation. Was asked if we want the order for a later time or if we wanted to come get the items now. Said we will come get them. Leanna states that she has a busload of socker players, which could be a possible $450 order and she would not have time to have our order ready when we got there, because they were more important at that time. (we were on lunch and had limited time to go get it and be back to work on time). Then she hung up after making this comment. Extremely rude customer service especially after placing a $70 lunch order. Panera has always been one of our favorites, and we go there often and spend well. However, no worries, after this we will definitely not be going back.

She was so kind and I asked for extra cheese in my French onion soup not only did she put extra cheese inside the soup, but also gave me a side of cheese as well. I was having an extremely rough day with my jaw on FIRE and her kindness almost brought me to tears like on some rs and I need the management of this place to give her some type of raise immediately

I walked in and there were two people waiting for service at the counter, then there was me and then two people came in behind me. We all stood patiently waiting for someone to engage us. I finally asked the people in front of me and they said they had no idea if anyone was working at the counter or not. There was one employee who was making an iced coffee at the next counter over, however, she never acknowledged us. Finally I walked between the counters and asked if anyone was working at the front counter? The gal making the drinks said, “I’ll be over when I finish with this customer.” She was very rude. The people behind me turned around and left. Once she finished the drink she came over and waited on the people in front of me cordially. When I stepped to the counter, she slipped back into her curt, rude mode. I apologized for bothering her and simply stated, “It just would have been nice to know that we were on someone’s radar.” She said, “I told the other customers.” However, those customers were long gone. She made it very apparent that she really wanted nothing to do with me or my purchase. Clearly, me as a paying customer, was just way too much of a bother.
The server’s name? Aiden, at least that’s the name on the receipt I was given. Next time I visit this Panera if she is anywhere in sight of the counter, I’m turning around and leaving and going through the drive through.
I visit Panera daily and I was even chosen as customer of the month or whatever they call it and was featured on their (Lexington Ave store) Instagram page. Bums me out that’ one person can ruin the experience.

Our food was missing from the order and I called to let them know. I asked if they could just make it and we can come grab it real fast. The person who answered the phone told me she can’t make it ahead of time. She has a room full of soccer players and it’s possibly a 450 dollar order. I said so they are more important than us and she literally said yes and hung up the phone. Great customer service. Top notch!

Love Panera BUT Do not place order online. Their build tickets do not put all the food that you are supposed to get on it. Therefore, they short you food. The value duets are supposed to come with bread. However, when you order more than one value duet, it does not put the bread on the a ticket and they short you your bread. The manager,LeAnna refused to give my son the two missing pieces of bread because the build ticket did not have them on it. She even confirmed verbally that the value duets are supposed to come with bread but because the build ticket which is an issue on their part did not have the bread on it. She could not give it to me. Poor Service as you just confirmed it comes with bread the app does not let you make changes on value duets then the build ticket is wrong and you won’t even give 2 pieces of bread that should come with the food.

We decided to have breakfast around 8 am. Nearly every table needed to be bussed in the restaurant (dirty with crumbs on tables and seats). Bathrooms were filthy. Coffee pots were empty.
For the premium pricing of Panera, I feel like we were cheated. We won’t be back anytime soon. 3 stars only because I didn’t get sick and the muffin was pretty good.
