Got the spicy potato soft tacos and they were very dry and tasted terrible. I opened them up and some of the potatoes looked raw and one was basically the shell of a potato. Had to throw the food away. Not eating from here again.

I pretty much exclusively order through the app after 10pm. In my experience at this location, the food is made correct and quickly. 9 times out of 10 my order is perfect. Sometimes my crunchy tacos are worse for wear, but that doesn’t bother me too much.

I used to go to this one all the time, till they started to get my order wrong every time. It did not matter if it was through door dash, or if I went inside, or through drive through. They always manage to mess something up. One of my first jobs was working at a Taco Bell when I was 17 so I know the job and I know it is not hard to listen and do better. Not to mention not only does the order taker in the drive through have a head set on and is listening, so do at least 1 of the people on the cook line, and most the time the shift lead. So not only did 1 person not listen and get it right 3 people some how manages to not listen and get it wrong. This place needs to do better. I will just keep going to the other one who has never gotten my food order wrong.

Always love the food when I come here . Today tho the experience with staff and atmosphere was not enjoyable. Ordered my food and sat down, could hear two girls standing at the register talking quietly before looking in my direction and laughing. They called my name and when I picked up my order they started laughing even harder by the drive thru as I walked away. I don’t know what their problem is but was very rude

We’ve always had great service and food from taco bell at every location accross the country. That changed today. We have a family of 4 now so we eat here quite frequently and today the chalupas were smaller than usual didnt taste the same as in yrs prior. Taco shells were all broken many had multiple shells used cause they were broken. Gonna be a while til we give taco bell a chance. Very disappointed today

I paid $8.43 for a chicken quesadilla special. This is what I received. I drove back to the store to get a refund and was looked at like I was crazy, and asked “what’s wrong with it”.
After standing 15 mins with no interactions, someone finally came up and gave a refund. It has yet to be received in my bank account (NOTE: will add photo of “refund receipt” I was provided)
