My wife and I decided to eat dinner here to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the 16 oz New York strip steak with garlic mashed potatoes and my wife ordered lamb chops with Brussel sprouts. Everything was so delicious and our waiter Rich was so nice I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for some delicious food with a great atmosphere.

Steak was delivered in a sizzling plate, my steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Side dishes are shareable, mushroom was salty for my taste. Had better brussel sprouts. Highly recommend the French onion soup. Service is excellent. Went on a Friday night dinner without a reservation and we got a seat with no wait time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Ruth’s Chris, one of our favorite go to spots. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection and the atmosphere made our evening feel extra special. The customer service was top tier, as always, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. We truly appreciate the consistency in quality and hospitality every time we visit. As usual, we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great time for our anniversary and celebrating my birthday. We started at happy hour and the drinks were amazing . Gucci the bartender was awesome. Dinner was great I loved the rose petals and birthday card. Our waiter was amazing as well. The $55 deal was a bonus.

This was our first time dining at Ruth’s Chris and our server Britney was absolutely amazing. Everything was served on hot plates and seasoned just right! Sides are larger portions. We werent sure what to order, but she provided excellent recommendations… Even down to the martinis she helped us with ours not being too sweet. My girlfriend didn’t like the first one, but didn’t want to make a fuss about it. Britney checked on us to see if we liked them and could tell she didnt. She immediately took it back and had it remade and it was perfect!! She was patient and attentive throughout the whole experience. Very chill atmosphere, can’t wait for our next Ruth’s Chris experience!!

Amanda, Gouchi, Nate, Nathan, Kim, Roald are exceptional servers, hosts, and bartenders and Rocco, the Manager on Duty , were all attentive! Cuisine was delicious and hot upon arrival: wonderful cocktails ( try their Lychee Cosmo!), fantastic food (lobster Mac and cheese, veal ravioli, salmon w/shrimp, filet mignon all fantastic!); will be back again and highly recommended!

Drinks were really good as well as the spicy shrimp appetizer. Busboys were doing an excellent job. Host needs to be welcoming people nicer. I was told to take my hat off going in the restaurant and I understand, but it felt like I was not welcome there. I really expect more if I’m going to spend over $300 for 2 people to dine in. I asked for my steak to be medium well and I think was cooked medium rare.

Quite possibly the best restaurant dining experience I’ve had in years. Our server, Willie, was personable, professional, immediately responsive, and made the experience that much better by his service.
My filet was sublime. The lobster tail was adequate, though not overly large. The crab cakes were delicious, and my wife noted they were filled with tender crab pieces, not the usual stuffing blob with a morsel or two of crab. The garlic mashed potatoes almost literally melted in the mouth. Each course was served without delay after we had finished the previous course.
When next we are hosting either daughter’s in-laws in town, I hope to bring them here to demonstrate truly fine dining in the Chicago area.

Long time Ruth Chris diner, moved here from CA and visited this location for the first and last time. Food was great, staff was shockingly disrespectful and rude. My family, three adults and two young well behaved children were treated like we didn’t belong. After waiting ten minutes for the hostess to acknowledge us, it was evident she didn’t give a crap about us feeling like valued customers.
Eye rolling, giggling to other staff, basically trash talking my family. I asked for some crackers for my toddler because it legitimately took 20 min to get a drink and he was starving. (This was at 5:00 pm empty dining room.)
Our whole table could hear the chef and the staff laughing that we asked for crackers. Humiliating and incredibly unprofessional. Anyway, I’d say definitely not for families, or the faint of heart. Thumbs down RC.
