Absolutely amazing food. I has the Cheesy Hot Chicken Sandwich, but replaced the cheese sauce with their Mac n Cheese (suggested by Amber the manager), and she was definitely on point with that suggestion!!!! She was amazing with helping me decide what to get, all the staff was very courteous as they always are when I come in to pick up orders (I Doordash). Will definitely be eating there again….very soon!!!!

Houston TX Hot Chicken serving chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets, salads, fries choices of different toppings with chicken, Belgian waffle, milkshakes, cookies and drinks. Chicken can be made with no sauce or a choice of flavored sauce. House dipping sauce is included and you can also get additional dipping sauces there are lots to choose from for $1.00. Clean inside, good lighting, good music and friendly staff. I like that the staff are keeps the dining area clean.

The waffle is yummy it is crispy on the edges. I ordered addition dipping sauces – cheese sauce and ranch. Their house sauce has a little sweet chili flavor. It was my first time here and I like it actually pretty good. I am adding this to my chicken spot rotation.

Ordered the original hot chicken sandwich- mild – and it tasted terrific! Truly mild flavor with enough sauce on it topped with the cole slaw and the bread
And ordered tenders and waffle and that knocked my socks off! Wooof too good. The waffle had these crystals of sugar on it – i about died, went to heaven, came back, died again, went to hell, didn’t like it there, remembered the waffle was too good so I came back to life again!

I’m shocked by how this place has such positive reviews. Everything they serve under the “spicy” level tastes like dessert. “Spicy” will have you in the ER and “medium” is indistinguishable from birthday cake. Same with the fries and the “house” sauce. The fries are seasoned with sugar instead of salt and remind me of the cinnamon twists from Taco Bell. The house sauce is basically candy glaze, like a donut. Super dissatisfied. Definitely 1 bite and never coming back. $14 down the drain

She went through the menu in detail for us and gave us some recommendations. She was very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this location. Very clean. Excellent staff. I had made countless reviews about this chicken and now I’m sad to say this will be the first negative. Where did the flavor go ?! The chicken is still dark but instead of the flavors that was there it’s now a cheap watered down version . Tastes like straight up paprika chicken . They had a good thing going but that sweet flavor mixed with heat is gone . I thought I was tripping. I had DoorDash in one day and I almost cried it was that bad and then I went in after work one day and I ordered I got home. It was worse. The chicken was flavorless and barely had anything on it. It was bad. It was bad and I ordered a third time today through DoorDash and again the chicken looks beautiful, but it is no flavor. The food is A1 & always full of flavor & deceptively filling. 3 chicken strips here are the equivalent to 5 somewhere else so choose wisely. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait if you order in store but it’s definitely worth the wait. The app is really nice & rewarding. Definitely a recommend in my book

I hadnt been to this location in 5 months. Drastic decline in quality. I wasnt blown away the first time but it was better than Daves. However as some others have said, food comes out way too fast, one tender was cold, not room temp, but cold. The other was hotter than room temp but not piping hot. They must double cook these and forgot to do one. Definitely less moist than before. Fries were lukewarm but seasoning was fine. Ranch is basically mayo with dill. Not good. Shake was delicious. That was enougb for 2 stars. service was great. Friendly staff. Should enforce local laws banning smoking at entrance.
