This was my second time visiting this location. Both times it was a bad experience.
Today I wanted to give it another chance and went there with my toddler. The cashier was actually very nice and friendly and that’s where our positive experience ends. I ordered kids Mac and Cheese and Avo toast. We got seated and waited and waited.. Two gentlemen that ordered right before us got their food, ate and left and we still waited. When people were coming in and getting their food I decided to check the time. It had been 15 minutes. I have never waited this long in any Panera locations. Since other orders didn’t take that much time I went to ask where my order was. I was approached by a man in a purple shirt and I, very politely, said that it’s been 15 minutes and was wondering where my food was. I was asked what I ordered which I responded. This man, with an attitude, told me “that he’s very sorry” and that it took longer because of the avocado toast. I was told that they have to go in the back to slice the fresh avocado and that they just got done and “here’s my food”. Very obnoxious behavior and unprofessional. I don’t want to assume that he was the manager but if managers wear purple shirts then this person is in the wrong position. Please see the pictures of the “fresh sliced avocado”. And if you have troubles finding it, you’re not alone. This is how much of butter I put on my bread, and not to make avocado toast. Also this is obviously mashed, not sliced. Probably not even a half of avocado was used for my meal.
Totally unacceptable and will not be going back to this location.
Hard to admit it, but should have listened to my husband.

I’m not sure why I keep giving this location chances but I will never order from this place again. I placed a delivery order this morning and I’m thoroughly disappointed. The photo attached is a picture of their “avocado toast” — wrapped in regular paper, with a light handed “spread” of avocado. It looks unappetizing and tastes bland too. I’ve ordered this before and this is NOT how it is normally packaged. And I should’ve never paid $4.49 for this BS, but I had to add an item to qualify for a delivery order. I also ordered the oatmeal and was at least happy it looked good, despite not having strawberries.
Every time I’ve ordered from here, they never have the right ingredients in stock, they don’t make the food items correctly, and the staff is unfriendly. Please consider ordering your food from somewhere else, or just go to a different location.

The 2 girls, Shawn and Monica (drive thru)who took my order and serve me were quite rude and had very derogatory tones/attitudes. Not a pleasant experience at all and they were not even busy.
Plus the sauce was all over the outside of the sandwich and of course no napkins. Also they forgot the pumpkin seeds for my soup and the soup didn’t taste as fresh as other locations.

I’ve been to this location three times. Twice through the drive through where I’ve waited up to 10 minutes for service, this doesn’t include the wait time for the food before I finally just drive away. And once in house, where when I’ve walked in, the counter folks walked away and I waited 5 minutes for service. I really don’t know what is up with this location. Panera is my favorite bogie fast food. I’ve even give this location a good try, but it’s really just not worth it. Avoid this location if you can.

This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. I never have trouble at other Paneras. But this one is a mess. Every single time, something is wrong or missing from my order. Today I ordered online to give them ample opportunity to fix the food and have it ready. When I arrived at the drive thru, they said I needed to come inside because they had a car at the window that was going to take them a long time. ONE car. When I went inside, they had my bag ready, but no one asked me what order I was there for. It was behind the counter so I couldn’t get it. I stood and waited with several others. They were telling all the Door Dashers they didn’t have their orders ready. They didn’t seem to know what was going on with any of their orders. Once they finally took my name they handed me my bag, which was taped closed and had the receipt on the front. I had ordered a pick 2. The soup was upside down in the bag and my sandwich was totally missing. It’s like this every time I come here! They can’t get an order right to save their lives. The poor guy making all the hot stuff was working his behind off and the 2 girls putting orders together just can’t seem to read an order and assemble it correctly. Orders are always wrong and there’s always a long wait after which YOU have to tell THEM how to correct your order. It’s not rocket science. I know it gets busy in there but damn, y’all. Get it together. You will leave here mad every time. They never get the order right. Something is always missing or made incorrectly. And then they just stare at you like they have no idea how to correct it.

I never leave food reviews clearly and I’ve given this location ample opportunities and I’m done, I’ll never come back to this location. It has clearly gone down hill and seems that even the managers and owner don’t even care. Every time I order a mobile order and pick it up in the drive thru something is missing or wrong. Today they gave me bread instead of chips because that’s the default and they couldn’t deign to read the receipt in which it was written on there. Didn’t give me my extra dressing either. And even if you click utensils half the time they don’t put them in there or leave out a spoon for soup… If I get a bakery item they almost ALWAYS forget it. It’s not that hard to read the receipt that you stick on the bag and put the proper contents in there or at LEAST double check it before you hand it over…
Today when I drove up to the speaker the car in front of me sat there forever. Then when it was my turn I wasn’t greeted and the typical welcome to Panera message didn’t play so I figured they had speaker issues. It doesn’t take much to make a sign and go place it on the speaker if that’s the case. I waited about 5 minutes and said “hello?” with no answer. So after a few more minutes I figured the speaker wasn’t working. When I pulled up the seemed surprised to see me — so now I’m assuming the speakers DID work. I’m fine with waiting, but the least you can do is acknowledge someone over the speaker and ask for a moment if you need it instead of ignoring someone. Pretty simple.
The ones at the window are hardly ever polite, no greeting, no ‘have a nice day’ and always in a hurry (which I get for a rush but for three cars you made wait forever?)
The girl at the window practically threw the bag at me when I went to reach for it. The soup was upside down in the bag and had leaked all over the bottom to where it was tearing and it got on my pants…
This whole store just sucks and is staffed with nothing but unprofessional teenagers and young adults who don’t want to be there.
Typically I love Panera. Sad that I’ve lost a lunch spot but I cannot continue to support this location and I’ve canceled my sip club as well. This place deserves to be shut down due to employee incompetence, just completely unacceptable for a business to run this way and clearly I’m just one in a long, long list of unhappy customers.

Typically, I don’t give places a one star review, but it’s hard not to for this location of Panera. To begin with, our order came out fairly slower than usual Panera’s, and we placed it as dine in on the app, to which it came out to-go. I wasn’t too upset at that considering it could’ve been an honest mistake, but after opening my soup cup, I then saw it appeared to be watered down. I sent my father to ask if it was possible that they could remake it, and they claimed it was only of that texture because it was “too hot.” Along with that, my father’s soup was cold. The bathroom did not have toilet paper on the roll, as well as there was toilet paper littered on the floor.
To add on after the fact, a man, who I’m guessing was the manager, came to our table and asked if everything was alright. My father mentioned that my soup seemed watered down, which never became thicker after cooling down, and the man offered to attempt to make me a new one. After about 20 or so minutes of waiting, he hadn’t returned so we got up and left. I’m unhappy with my experience at this location and I will not be returning.

It has been a while since I’ve visited Panera and it probably will be. again. Ordered a spinach and Bacon and it was cold. Ask for a cranberry muffin and when it came it was a slice – no muffin. Also ordered a cup of hot water and was charged $2.79.

I had to wait too long in the drive-through line to place and receive my order. There were only two cars, myself and the one in front of me. I ordered broccoli cheddar soup with bread and they said they have no bread. It’s called Panera bread how can you not have bread $9.30 for a bowl of soup and Cannot get the side that goes with it. They will not be getting my business again

I had an issue with my Panera order through DoorDash, but the way it was handled made all the difference. Julia, the manager, was absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and quick to make things right. She went above and beyond to ensure I left happy, and the food was fresh and delicious as always. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service like Julia’s is what truly stands out. Thank you, Panera, for turning things around and providing such a positive experience!
