I recently visited MOD Pizza in Lynnwood with my sister-in-law and two daughters. The experience was overall positive, with good food and a great atmosphere. The employees were also exceptional, particularly Mark, who was professional, helpful, and upbeat. We appreciated that my daughters received free kids’ meals from their school. The only constructive feedback is that the food preparation area appeared messy, and cleanliness could be improved upon.

This was my first bad experience at MOD Pizza, and I usually love going there. The customer service was honestly not great. When we ordered a pizza that’s literally on their menu, the employee didn’t know it and told us to check the menu ourselves instead of checking it himself, which was annoying.
We had to list the ingredients one by one because he didn’t know the pizza by name. After all that, three out of the four pizzas were burned, and only one was fine. It was such a messy experience that another customer actually walked out while we were ordering.

Good fast pizza. Love that you can have it the way you like it without extra fees. Good selection of drink products with teas/lemonade and Coke products. Seating is absolutely horrible Wooden booths, high stools with no backs and tiny butt area, about 12 inches. Metal chairs at tables. Not one comfortable place to eat in the whole place.

The pizza here is usually nice but yesterday we placed a pick up order and the pizza was burnt at multiple places including the crust. I ordered for extra cheese as well but it didn’t seem extra and not evenly laid out on the pizza.

Popped into MOD Pizza for my lunch break today, and I was pleasantly surprised to not have to wait in line!
The employees were friendly, and I was greeted and helped right away!
I got a build your own pizza that was delicious…if I do say so myself! Red sauce, cheese, olives, mushrooms, mama’s red hots, salami, and chicken, all topped with a buffalo sauce drizzle after it was cooked!
Idk if delicious, delectable, fantastic, or scrumptious would be a better word to describe this culinary masterpiece…bottom line…super tasty, and I can’t wait to have the rest for dinner later tonight!!
Also, side note, why does crushed ice make every drink better???!!!

Painfully slow… nearly 30 mins from walking through the door to having pizza in front of me. Only 2 other people in front getting single pizzas themselves. Prioritizing online orders over people standing and waiting. I know for a fact I could have just ordered online and it would have been ready quicker due to the fact the quicker worker was going online vs the other slow worker. Trash bins over flowing and I don’t feel there was any sort of leadership or supervisor working. Wanted to leave feedback but receipt doesn’t give option nor is there an option on the app so airing grievances out here.

Look I like mod pizza, this is my go to location but I just had to leave this review. Do not come to the restaurant within an hour and a half of close or they will treat you like trash. I came in at 8:50 (they close at 10) and they already put half the store away and had a really bad attitude. The guy making my pizza didn’t even ask before he put tomato sauce or mozzarella on my pizza. I didn’t want tomato sauce but whatever not a big deal. Then he put like 4 piece of chicken on it. When I asked him for a few pieces more he scoffed and threw it into the oven. Listen I get it, I work at a restaurant too and I get mad when people come in before close. but I wouldn’t get visible angsty because someone pulled up over an hour before close and asked for some chicken on a pizza they paid 14 bucks for. I love you guys but please step it up

The line wasn’t that long but it still took 15 minutes before my pizza was in the oven. Then then the person who was doing nothing but watching the pizza and taking them out burned my pizza. The person who was cutting the pizzas cut mine and didn’t even acknowledge that it was burnt and handed it to me as if the picture below is an acceptable quality to hand over to a customer after waiting for 30 minutes to get my pizza. I tried to inquire about why it was so burnt but they didn’t have time for my complaint. I am not one to complain about food but I almost asked for my money back. However I had already spent so much time getting this pizza I didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes for a new one. This is the 3rd time in a row that this location has had bad quality and taken forever so I finally write a review and will not be back
