Went to get milkshakes to go. The shakes were really good, but there was nobody at the counter, and it took several minutes for somebody to take our order, despite there being no customers inside or outside; and it felt like there was no AC on during a 100 degree day.

Do not come here! This is the worst sonic ever they always mess up orders,always slow, somehow when little people go their. Their burgers are sad and the main thing sonic is known for is their drinks and sides. However, this locations drinks are flat and their sides are not as fresh as other locations. To add on the staff is not kind and we have had issues with them giving are debt card back in time.

Updated: this sonic is creepy. They never have the lights on. Just go to Joppa road like everyone else. I clarified my order 4 TIMES at the drive thru. And I still don’t know what the hell they gave me, I ordered straight off the menu with no changes. I usually get good service here but not any more apparently 🙁 very unhappy

Worst customer service for a place that gets no real traffic. The food tastes like it’s been sitting out for days & is often burnt. It took 35 minutes to get my order right & I was taking food home for my family that had to be reheated due to the wait. The milkshakes were melted & so was the ice in the Ocean Water. SONIC is usually better than the other fast food in the area. I will never go back. This was supposed to be a Bacon on Bacon quarter pound double cheese burger…looks more like a burnt slider. DO U SEE ANY BACON

I ordered a foot long chili cheese hotdog. I made it 75% of the way through, thinking the flavor and texture were off. I turned on my car light to see this.
The skin is burnt around the pink center. The brown you see isn’t chili; it is the skin.
I ordered large tots, which were filled about 70% full, and motz sticks that were under seasoned.
It was about 7:30 when I ordered, few customers around, so I can’t chalk this up to rush hour/being overwhelmed.
Please, throw out the old/overcooked hotdogs.

My wife had a great drink. I had a terrible route 44 coke. Mozzarella sticks were good.
My soda was unacceptable, filled with ice, but I didn’t notice quickly and we were on the move.

If I had left a review a year or two ago, it would be a solid 1 or 2 star. I would order on the app, park in the stall, and proceed to wait 30 minutes. Eventually, I would then need to go to the drive thru because nobody would answer the order button. The drive thru staff were always super flat and unfriendly.
However, this location has really shaped up. It’s a 5-10 minute wait at the stall. The food is always hot and fresh tasting (as much as it can be), and the employees are much more engaging.
Sure, things get forgotten sometimes, but that’s always a quick fix.
What ever management has done in the past year, keep it up!

This place is terrible and always has been. Today was the icing on the cake…. I will not be returning. Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting to spend my money that I actually work for. Nobody ever answered. 2 vehicles infront of me had the same issue and left. When I finally decided to leave there were multiple employees in the kitchen area seemingly doing nothing. Don’t come here.

We come here usually just for ice cream, it’s awesome here. They are NOT stingy with the toppings/add-ins. The food is good too. They cook to order, so it’s not as fast as your typical fast food drive thru, but I don’t mind at all because at least I know I’m not eating something that’s been sitting around. The staff is always friendly. I downloaded the app recently, and the first time I was using it to place my order and pay at a booth. I was having some problems but the manager was so nice he came out and helped me (rather than making me come inside), I thought that was very nice.
